I called the number listed on the bottom of the letter The ph stated put the 5 digit extension number. There was no number on that letter. When you hit zero twice. It says not correct and good bye. Trying to pay this bill before 30 says and reported to credit bureau. Same issue to try to pay online, NOTHING VERY FRUSTATED AND ANGRY after trying to improve my wife's credit

The money is paid was not sent to Bradford exchange. I believe it is a scam. You also cannot get anyone on the telephone and nobody to answer your questions. I have tried to get some answers but to no avail

Feel I was charged and did NOT order magazine
I DID NOT order the magazine, First for Women. I even check with my sister and good friend who sometimes order me magazines and they did not order. Now I get bill from collection agency. It is only for five dollars but the point is I did not order this magazine....I do not even like this magazine. Please take care of this!!!

I DID NOT order First for Women magazine. Now I get notice from collection agency for not paying $5.00!! I even called my sister and good friend who sometimes order me magazines and they did not order for me. I don't even like this magazine. Please correct this issue. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I do not owe these people money, but they owe me a village, check # 185 was for $33.05 4/21/20 it was Sculpture # 2334 then #189 $33.05 5/28/20 sculpture # 3990 then I sent them #192 for $33.05 6/17/20 but never received the sculpture they said they refunded me but my online checking doesn't show any payment to me, you can contact my bank because I had them check to make sure I didn't over look anything and no they couldn't find where I was reimbursed $33.05, this has been on going since last June, I've sent messages to them and never heard anything in return, I told them I the bank has checked my account and no money was returned to me, so this is all false report, they ate the ones owing me a village, so I will wait your answer, somebody is not doing the job at Hawthorne Village, Thank You and have a great day

A lot of the reviews state this company is probably a scam but we use the same collection agency at my employer. This is truly a collection agency ( also known as ASA COLLECTION AGENCY) I know in my case, I ordered something from Annies knitting and they sent me in addition; beads as a gift, I later got another set of jewelry beads and a bill for $27.76. The bill included a letter stating that after keeping the gift , the impression was I liked the gift and needed to pay for it. So I did. I guess going forward, unless I ordered it Myself, I will RETURN ALL GIFTS

The fact that NSA does not have a phone number to speak with anyone is suspect. I do not appreciate being contacted by a collection agency when I do NOT owe anything.

Cannot report my prob of my mothers passing. Phone system is limited. No real person to talk to. It hangs up on you. Its really ridiculous and a poor way to conduct business.
