The club

I was a lifetime member but it seemed to have just stoped.now i see this as i was changing billfolds and thought i would look at the website,it has been awhile.So maybe someone could explain what happend to me.

Looking for my return/refund

North American Fishing Club Disappearance

I joined NAFC with a "Lifetime Member in March of 2009. After the initial hoopla of magazines, calendars and test merchandise, most of which I returned, all communication from the company ceased. It has been many years since I received a magazine or anything else my life member benefits entitled me to receive.Please include me with any class action law suit which may be in process. I feel I am entitled to financial compensation for money I sent them.Life Member #9040****

Signed up for Life Membership and was not refunded any dues when this organization went under shortly after signing up. Would be very interested in a class action or other action against them.

Class action lawsuit for Scout

It seems there are a lot of costumers/paid members out there. Why isnt the atty general or similar taking this case up? Someone who knows what happened needs to take all these members names to the atty general and open a case and get Scout to pay a lump sum to satisfy their fraudulent activity. They probably have a paper trail on more illegal activities.

Dishonest company

My wife bought me a NAFC lifetime gold *whatever* membership around 2012 as a gift. I don't know how much she paid, but I did get a hat, a knife and a rod reel combo. I got maybe one year of the print magazines before the mags stopped coming. Shortly afterwards, the club was dissolved. I never got any items to demo or review. IMHO The Parent company killed the club so they could get out of having to print magazines and to cut overhead costs. They killed the unprofitable club and now operate web operations and a facebook page called North American Fisherman. She spent several hundred dollars to get maybe $50 bucks in cheap Chinese merch for me. It was a complete disappointment for the both of us. Their behavior in aggressively recruiting new members, just to swiftly shut down the club and walk away with everyone's money, was Very dirty and unethical.

I want my money back three hundred some dollars that I paid in full.

Trophy Lifetime Member

Was a lifetime member @ $200.00- ponied up the additional money to become a Trophy member, because they put me @ the front of the line on field testing. Then WHAM!!! They closed their doors, field for bankruptcy, got sold to Scout, & then to CBS digital. When you purchase a company in bankruptcy, you take on their debt. We have a binding contract for a lifetime, or compensation should be delivered in the form of a refund, not an enhanced online content bunch of *** I expected a magazine every month, field testing, & the online stuff, not this pile of garbage.

Self explanitory

To every person and business in the original December 2000/Jan 2001 edition of North American Fisherman, as well as BLP Studios, and North American Media Group Inc. and the Audit Bureau of Circulations and Mail agreement Number 141****. After *** my life over for the last few decades, I hope you're ready for the storm that's soon to be heading your way. I have enough evidence to launch the biggest lawsuit the world has ever seen, and I'm gathering things to do just that. All because Michael had to be a piece of shit. I told you not to push me.

Have been a member since 11/94. Never heard anything from these *** #064044. It seems nobody has the balls to own up to anything.

To find out what happen

As I was looking through my cards I noticed my lifetime membership and though maybe they lost my address but actually they went belly up. I wish they would have at least had the courtesy to tell us something. I was actually hoping they had an app. They had some really good products .

NAFC Class Action Lawsuit

As with the other customers listed, I paid for a lifetime membership. They have terminated their print magazine without notifying or refunding their customers. Complaint to the company was met with a suggestion to sign up to their online website, which is available to any non-paying member of the public. Their actions constitute fraud at the very least. I see over 200 complaints here. I suggest a class action lawsuit be taken up with the company, and encourage all other members to contact your respective state Attorney Generals offices.
