Total and complete frustration on the website that will not take any numbers for anything off of any paperwork to get a refund and return items.
I have spent an hour and a half on your website with no response when trying to get into track order, return order, contact us, help. I will never ever really order from this company again. And I want to cancel any pending orders this is been the most disgusting heartbreaking experience. Ive had an Internet provider. You are the worst.

I ordered a dress from noracora They sent me two of the exact same dress I do not want or need two and they are charging me for two! I have tried everything to get someone to answer me and finally when I did they wanted me to pay 5 dollars for a secure web site! You cant be serious! I ordered 3 items from them I received 5 items 2 items equally the same ijust want to return the 2 extra items get my refund but they keep on telling me to check my spam, junk mail cause they claim it's there I have spent over 3 days looking and contacting them without results if you place items in your cart they double and you can't delete them so they claim you ordered them. Do you want 2 blouses same style and size or pants? I don't and I'll never again order anything from them again.

I ordered from you in February of 2023 I have not received my order. I have contacted you guys numerous times and was told that it would be sent out. Then you tell me to check the tracking but it says it's returned to you so there is no tracking anymore. The tracking goes back to like March and I'm still not getting any answers. Please mail me a check for the refund or credit my account. I would have you credit my debit card but I lost it in a move. I can give you another debit card number you can return the money to, but quite frankly I'm getting really sick of trying to get the things that I paid for already.

Frustation with customer service
Wrong order received and this is not the first time. Poor customer service, unreachable. Still waiting on second item. This is the second time I have tried this company and wont be using them again. Items were only shipped after complaints shipped after complaining. I will not be using them again.

You were great at having nora cora reach out to me. They said one item had been shipped. It arrived today and is not at all what I ordered. This is typical f for this scamming company. I have pictures of the dress I received which is tight stretchy material not the dress I ordered.

*some items were not ordered by me then major issues with shipping fees it quoted free shipping if order is over US$89.00 or AU$132.00 approx. exchange rate took 3 days to check each order and come to a result. Now I have to itemize each clothing item to come to satisfactory outcome. Also many items were doubled and even tripled. I am in the process of taking photos, and description of same in an effort to return then email first then wait for return email to ok return. I will have to pay shipping fee. I just want what I feel is right. I am 65 and on a disability pension and made the orders to spoil myself. Instead I got burnt.

I am being charged tracking fees on my refund. I asked for cancellation of my orders but instead got duplicates and triplicates of certain items. Some items I didnt even order. They took my money quickly enough and even though the items kept coming I have charged to chase it. Youre a dud Noracora or maybe I am the bigger dud, having spent over $ 2,000 altogether. I am on a disability pension and cannot afford to pay out such a big amount. I am also on strong medication which affects my actions.

Placed a order and 2 months later when items came they were too large and they refused to honor their return policy
They count the day you order as day 1 and it may take up to 2 months before your item arrived. And heaven forbid if like in my case they came almost 1 and a half month later and the items are too large. They told me it was to late to return.dont place a order if you think you might need customer service. They do not have a phone #, a address, and good luck with that joke of a chat. Beware I spent over 200.00. They grabbed my money and they are good at avoiding you or your issues after that.they should remove free returns because if in some remote chance you get their address it is you that pay for returns. They might as well be selling on a corner from the back of a truck so they don't have to give you a address. That is another way to tell you it's been more than 30 day witch makes a return impossible. I have 3 tops that are pretty but there in the bag they came in with tags intact, so I have almost 35.00 sitting on the shelf. I'm going to contact BBB, and my local news about their practices. I'm on social security and I do not have money I can just sit on a shelf. SHAME on Noracora !!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased items from NoraCora on March 30, 2020. It took 2 months for the merchandise to arrive. I understood that, in light of the Pandemic. My purchase was delivered to the USPS on May 29, 2020. The items were poor quality, and not at all as depicted on their website. I asked to return this purchase as per NoraCoras stated Return Policy.. The Return Policy clearly states that purchases can be returned within 15 days of DELIVERY. I wrote NoraCora for a return label. I got an email from Christine Wu telling me that I could not return the purchase, and that returns must be made within 15 days of SHIPPING. First of all, that was a lie. Period. Secondly, it would not be possible to make returns within 15 days of shipping for this purchase; It came from China. I pointed this out to Ms Wu. She changed her story a few more times, offering me 15% of the purchase price if I would take cash. Yeah, right. A Return Label was never sent. Thank God for AmEX, who is handling this dispute now entirely. CROOKS!! DO. NOT BUY!!!
