Repayment of scammed finance
With recent developments concerning Noor banks involvement with Monex Global in 2015 / 2016 and the high court of Dubais decision that Noor Bank had broken financial service rules and had not applied due diligence in the application of bank account applications, I hereby claim a refund of £19,000 sterling which was paid to Monex by said bank, Reference Vernon John Rellings high court ruling. Some cheating happened
I was approached by one of NOOR BANK's credit card executive and i agreed to take one of your credit card. But i received another card which was not received and not activated by me. But i am losing money from my EI bank account against the NOOR BANK card payment. I dont know what to do Pls guide me

I did not understand what additional details were being requested by you through an email received sometime last week, but which now seems to have disappeared from my inbox. There was an update link on it, where a drop down menu appeared, but whichI could not submit after adding the information! It would not allow me proceed without completing a facebook account detail, of which I do not have one!

i lodged a complaint with Noor Bank some time in 2017, over a scam trading company. The basis was for them to intervene with a chargeback on my behalf, as transactions were through a MasterCard debit card that I held, issued by them. For close to a year, there was a back and forth toss of emails and phone calls, majority of the time being periods in which they would TOTALLY assume that I didn't exist! Then following a complaint i filed directly to the CEO at the time, they made pretentious moves of reaching out to me, and within no time completely shut me off without any explanation whatsoever!! During that period, there was indication on my account to suggest that the chargeback had indeed been pursued, but they blatantly refused to refund the money to me! FRAUD! About two years after that, I asked for my account to be closed, and AED2K+ that was still held in it be refunded to me. The usual lies of " you will be contacted by your "customer relation manager", and subsequent silence thereafter. ANOTHER FRAUD! it need however be noted, that there were many other issues with Noor Bank throughout the period that I maintained an account with them!
