You have charged my debit card illegally Aed 15 without my knowledge

I have been charged on my credit cards without my knowledge, its a fraudulent amount of Aed 15 So Im not happy I never used anything to purchase still somehow you have charged me

I want to cancel my noon one

Each time i call and i explained about my problem and they are sending report, but no result, and next month same problem is happening, now since two months they are deducting an amount from my card without any purchases or subscription!!!

A guy from noon collected my damaged item and neither did I receive any call from noon and still I didn't get any refund amount. I was a very good customer of noon, until this happens and you guys can check my order data as well.

KSA - Noon Status: Out for Delivery from April 29 and items not delivered

I have Ordered(Attached Invoice) EZVIZ Camera, Wireless Bluetooth headset, SDcard. Shipment Date is 2023-04-02, Shipment ID: NSAF400*****. I have received the Camera, Wireless Bluetooth and SD Cards with the same shipment on Date:10 April 2023 Camera Clarity, Night Vision are not clear as per mentioned Specifications(4MP),it was like 2MP Camera Clarity. Hence I raised a return request RASAF40000****. While doing the return request, unknowingly I have selected. Return Reason: Item No Longer Needed. Issue Type: I changed my Mind More Information: Night Camera Clarity is not that much compared with 2MP EZVIZ Camera. Face Image not capturing. My Return Request was "Declined" Stating that We can only accept items in their original condition; unfortunately the condition of the item you returned is within our policy. I made a call to the customer care number and explained the reason for the return request but since i selected the option wrongly they said they will not be able to take back the item. I agreed and since i am going to india i asked them to return me the item after i come back to Riyadh on 29th April,2023. Since my Travelling date was on 12th April.Customer Care Executive informed me like no issues they will try to deliver the items to my address after i come back, and she said like if the customer is not reachable it will be handed over to warehouse and it will be returned back to customer based on request. When I was in India, the delivery guys tried several times through whatsapp and each time I clearly explained to them that I was in india. Chats are available for reference. After i reached Riyadh, 5th May i contacted the Customer Care Executives to redeliver the Ezviz camera and the customer care agreed to send it back and from April 29th it showed out for delivery in Noon and till now i didn't receive the item back. I Contacted Noon Customer Care and raised Complaint for past two and half months apart from Apoligies emails/ Calls. i am not getting positive response or Amount Refund. I am not sure where it is and I doubt the delivery of Noon. I am ready to go and collect the items from any location but no responsible answers from NOON Executives. Apart from Customer Care, Noon Doesn't have any offices in KSA? I am using the Noon Service from the beginning and this time I am very much fed up with the service that noon is providing to the customer and going forward i think twice before ordering in Noon. Really, I feel like I was cheated by Noon and Noon Delivery. Name: Kwaza Hussain

Most worse online experience (They will never accept the Returns)

I ordered Apple watch Se size 40mm as a gift for my husband and also i make sure to choose sold by noon and returnable item. Item was received on 5th of June and after we check the item it was too small on my husband hand. Called immediately to Noon customer care service and informed the situation and then i asked very clearly from the agent if i can return the item and re-order same watch with size 44.I have done each and every step to place the return request as her advise and very next day they pick-up the item and same day i re-ordered the same watch with size 44. But unfortunately they have return my item again by saying it is my fault to order small size and no one assisted for almost 3 weeks. I have done it according to the Noon agent advises but this people now playing with me without any support or humanity. Each and every day I am calling them and sending emails but their respond is only saying sorry and someone will contact me. Until now no solution. Being a regular customer with Noon this is the worst experience i ever experienced in my life from online flat form. I could give-up on this matter if it was my fault but this is completely noon agent wrong advises and again I selected the item which is returnable item. Do not trust this people who works in Noon. They are frauds. Every single day I had to explain my situation to each and every agent as they do not have record of customers complaints.

Worst delivery service ever

I get a message that the delivery driver is on their way , but in less than 2 minutes I get another message saying that they tried to deliver but couldnt get in touch with me. How is that possible if you didnt call me especially with the fact that I was home. Fix your delivery service. I had to cancel the order due to your incompetent delivery drivers.

The item is not the one

The Olay is expensive. Thats why i order online coz its hard to find what i want. But you send the item wrong. Then if i cal the driver asking how they help me. They dont care. I want my order please change this. I order many times at noon but this time you give me wrong item. I will not stop until this item change. Hope this can help

I ordered a Tiffany-colored box for my MacBook and you sent me purple. Why do you confuse colors and change my order at your discretion!!??? It was written that I would receive my order on the same day, but although the delivery came the next day, it was delivered completely different from what I ordered, disgusting service disgusting company disgusting company disgusting stupid employees!!! DISSAPOINTED

Dear Sir / Ma'am, First of all, thank you for this opportunity to complain at your good office against Noon shop online here in UAE. Now, my shipment#NAEF400********-S1 was cancelled today without even providing their proper procedure in delivering my shipment since I placed the order last April 22, 2023. In fact, they knew that I had several email to them as they accomodated it through responding via email and calls from their agent. They apologized and said they will deliver until nothing happens, therefore I thought they were playing with me. They promised a lot to deliver but I was became upset and worried because they cannot handle the situation wherein they are just giving me hope without action. I am really dissapointed because today they cancelled it wherein it is supposed to be delivered today as per their lady call center agent who arranged the delivery. I don't know their system, they said the courier were tried to call me but nobody reaching me out. That is why I am suspecting that they are playing with me as I already paid it online, wherein before when I was ordering cash on delivery they were catching me but now because it is already paid they can just ignored. Dear Noon, I am dissatisfied with your delivery process to my order today with shipment#NAEF400********-S1 that was failed to bring in my office address in ALEF EDUCATION, twofour54, Khalifa park, Abu Dhabi. Since morning at around 10:49 a.m which I received the confirmation of my order to be delivered soon, and I was so excited to receive it by hoping for it. Unfortunately, time was running out and I was going home but the delivery did not yet reaching my office address so that two times I called the customer service around 04:37 p.m and 04:52 p.m to please track and inform the courier to bring in my office until 6 p.m, I was dissapointed with the lady (customer service agent) as she did not met my request. To make the story short, I left the office without even call from courier. Now, what is my point that I hope you consider this matter. For a long time I am using noon and I trusted the process but I observed as you are expanding, your team coordination system and communication technology are quite failing to be on time and accurate in identifying the right information of every shipment. Let me tell you, you knew very well in my NOON ACCOUNT that I have two delivery address, one is in my home in AL ZAHIYAH, ABU DHABI CITY and the other one is in my office which I am there for the whole day of monday which the delivery date of my shipment. If I just knew that you are not able to bring it in my office that since morning you sent email that its coming but nothing came as I waited for 8hrs.!!!, its better to deliver it in my home. That is why in this evening I changed the delivery address into my home but I was dissapointed again when I received email around 09:33 p.m this evening with an information that almost in selected location then I called the courier that I found in noon tracking apps but he answered after so many missed call I made that he was unable to trace my location. What else drama you will do to my shipment!
