Resolved: Refund me

Couldn't get refund but offered free subscription I could give someone else. Expected at least partial refund.

I wasn't complaining at all. I misunderstood the timing of asking for a refund. I canceled my account because of conflicting ways to eat for diabetics. And I was tired of logging in a two places. But I would recommend Noom for anybody that wants to lose weight. It's a great program and I really appreciate it all the advice and encouragement that I received.

Trying to pay subsciption

I was dealt with in a professional manner. She identified that I had been trying quite a few times to get someone to assist me. Excellent service thank you for your help.

Unauthorized charge

I canceled my Noom subscription well within the trial. So it never converted to a regular subscription. But about a month after I canceled it I got a charge on my credit card and theres no one to call to get it refunded. There are no phone numbers all emails or do not reply. I wrote some thing and pissed customer, but still no refund. How do you get in touch with this company to get them to refund an unauthorized payment?

Cancel subscription

I no longer wanted the subscription to Noom anymore. I had trouble cancelling it. It only worked when I called in.

Can't find my account since I got a new phone

I dont know which of my old e-mail addresses I used. I just would sign in with the app and it went right to it. I got a new phone and they had to reboot now I cant remember which email and which password

Wrong charges

I have been charged£49 yesterday for something I did not ask (Noom plan ID-8 I was charged£1 for a trial but never heard again from Noom.Please refund me as soon as possible.Thank you anne-mariebe

they charged me for a premium subscription I didn't ask for. I didn't even know there was such a thing. I signed up for a subscription and I thought that was to only kind available until I saw my credit card bill was more than I expected. When i contacted them they basically said it was my fault. i was supposed to tell them within 14 days they stole it. I hate being for to give someone 1 star when they deserve 0.

Over charges

Charged a renewal without notification on a membership I believed that I have cancelled! When I asked for a refund they said that auto renewal is not refundable and they would give me an addy6 month membership when they could clearly see I never even used the 1st one, clearly noon is desperate for money when they have to rip off consumers!

Spoke to supervisor

After insisting that I would not agree to automatic renewals, the supervisor agreed. Had to talk for a very long time to get him to remove automatic charge that they just put on my card. Finally agreed.

Charge for new year and I quit last year.

Automatic renewal charge. Quit last year. Representative said no refund. Am I going to be charged forever? I was supposed to get a call this afternoon from a supervisor and no one called.

Not able to cancel

Say auto renewal can not be canceled. I cancelled and just got charged on credit card. Person on phone was hard to understand.

Trouble with account

Was not able to access app Was stuck in loop directing me to pay another subscription Robert / customer service was excellent!!! I was surprised/ delighted/ relieved that Noom had a customer service phone number Then I was gobsmacked that a really nice and smart person - I hit the # for tech support- answered and patiently and thoroughly solved my problem. I signed up for a year.

The Noom webpage is not working

I was on Noom a year ago and then quit. Yesterday, I signed up for another course. It said I got 2 weeks free trial. I expect to continue after the trial. Then I inputted all my info and took the first course. Today, I cant get the second course or input my water or meals. Also, I dont want to share and I cant get anywhere without doing so. Refund—overcharged, tried to close

I signed up not realizing just how much money was expected. I unsubscribed at least on my phone. I absolutely cant afford this and didnt know it was expected to be paid all at once.I didnt know that closing the subscription didnt cancel the membership. I ask you to please refund this money as this was a bit misleading. I think you have a great program, but I cant pay this. I havent logged on since.
