Refund

I order 4 thing from you guys on the noodles and company app. Last orders Ive had were perfect just find but the order I ordered today 3 out of 4 of the noodles were hard and had a literal crunch to them. The 2 spaghettis and the fettuccine noodles were hard. The Asian noodles were fine. I had them delivered to me at 12 pm 08/06/2023. I need someone to contact me back so I can get my refund on those three items.

Cam Manager 740 Janes Ave #104, Bolingbrook, IL 60440

Just wanted to let the company know you have great employee Cam at the Janes Ave #104, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. I put in an order online to pick up. I put in my credit card information and thought it went through. When I got to store they didn't have my order. Cam called a couple other nearby stores to make sure I wasn't at the wrong store. They didn't have my order either so explained if it shows up on my Credit Card they would credit me. So I reorder my meal went back to work and check it looks like for whatever reason it did not go through. I thought Cam went the extra mile trying to find my order. I'll be back.

Wrong order

I went to noodles and company on 7/29 around 9:30. By time I got home it was to late to call, but my order was supposed to be no mushrooms and it had mushrooms in one of my dishes and I was not sure who to contact for a replacement.

Should have gotten free entre with first order

I had added the App with the help from the noodles shop and ordered a salad that day They said I would receive a free meal the next time I ordered and a birthday reward as well Ordered more food there yesterday and the workers said to call about this problem Yesterdays order number was 200605****0247936

20 minute wait times

just went to neenah wisconsin noodles co took 5 minutes for anyone to realize i was in lobby 15 minutes after ordering later ( i was only customer in store ) i still had not recieved my food demanded refund and left with no food. there were 6 employees on i was only customer and couldnt get my food in 20 minutes time horrible service brand new store in neenah wisconsin not on websites list of stores yet

Charged 4 times for 1 order.

I used my bank MasterCard to pay for my order, and it was charged 4 times. I used a different credit card,so I actually got charged 5 times. How do I get my money back?

Gluten Free Noodles overcooked and turned to mush.

I ordered a penne Rosa but with the gluten free pipette noodles. I order this often from this location without any issues. The noodles were way over cooked that they completely disintegrated. Its so visibly wrong and yet the restaurant in Ann Arbor on stadium served it to me anyways. This is the equivalent of serving someone raw regular noodles. People with food allergies shouldnt have to just make do because its easier than properly training staff how to handle different cooking methods for different noodles. I would have happily waited an extra 20 min with explanation that they were ruined rather than come home, starving, only to open the lid to this mushy mess.

I ordered a pick up order and you guys add a tip to the order. Why would I do a pick up order instead of a delivery in tip? I want my money back, the tip that was put on the order.

I placed an order for pick up for my son and myself for his Elementary School "Lunch with Loved Ones" event. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order was NOT there. They said someone else picked it up already. No one knew about this order but myself. They did not offer any resolution and unfortunately I didn't have the time to wait for them to remake the order and get to the school in time. Needless to say, I had to get gas station food that was already made! Unacceptable customer service! A resolution should at least been offered!!! Charge is still pending with my bank three days later but the order was over $25! I am really hoping I get a refund!

Sickness from Noodles entree

I ordered dinner from Noodles on Tuesday, 4/11/23. My entree was Alfredo MontAmore with grilled chicken breast and LEANguini noodles. I have ordered and enjoyed this entree several times before but this time I became very ill with several episodes of vomiting and diarrhea which lasted all night and into the next morning. The store I ordered from was Noodles East Bolingbrook, 740 Janes Ave, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. I don't plan to take any further action; I just wanted to make you aware of this incident. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Crummy service

Order was wrong. Sent it back. Waited and waited. Finally went to counter and our tray was still sitting there. Asked mgr to fix the order. She said she wasnt fixing it bc thats what we ordered. Nope. I said that was BS and she threatened to call the police! Wouldnt give us lids or plastic ware. NEVER GOING BACK!

I called but I couldn’t talk to them. They just saying they had busy phones and to email them. I wrote a big email but haven’t heard back

I tried to call in and speak to the manager about my messed up order. But he told me there was nothing he could do that. I needed to call the driving agency. I told him I had no problem with the driver that he came quickly but they made the product there, and it was their fault that it wasnt made correctly. He said there was nothing he could do get contact them. I also tried to call the district manager, but they would not give out that information. So I got no help at all.

Horrible service last night. Order was completely wrong I called to speak to the manager and he was not helpful at all.

Self-explanatory from the above comment. My order came completely wrong and I called to let them know and he would not do anything to help me out. He told me I had to call the delivery people and try and get my money back from them. And there was nothing wrong that they did they delivered it quickly. It was just the issue was they totally made it wrong at the restaurant and they had a slip and all the information was correct on it. And then when I called back to speak to the manager, he told me I needed to get in touch with the delivery people to get my money back. He said they cant do it there, which made no sense because the problem wasnt with him. It was with the restaurant.
