My name is Barry Milne and i was losimg my home due to not being able to work. My lender was not modifying my loan, Juan Chavez my assigned advocate refered me to Faith First Bancorp where Liz trujillo a processor alongside with Juan helped me qualify for a Program to save my home from foreclosure . It entailed fixing my credit , and obtaining a living trust where dee williams assisted me and ianswered all my questions . I am know considering relocating to a place where i can retire and carlos cotta is doing an exceptional job guiding me through the process.

That posted information from Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocate (NACA & CDLG) is very much incorrect. How I found these people, I had a copy of a pamphlet from Naca headed up by Pep Abad. I called them and they claimed they could help me with my Wrong Foreclosure. I was told that the organization had their own attorneys I accepted what they said and they assigned me to Anthony Paul Cara, to whom I never met. Most of my dialogue was with Pep or someone else in the office. This is an example of a direct quote from an e-mail. I said we have not heard anything from you or anybody, and right now they have somebody moving in downstairs. This what Pep said, let me inform your Lawyer dear, Oct 30 2018 14:2.1. He never got back to me. His next question was Can I please have you date of birth also your daughter and granddaughter and other family member and social security nos, Not thinking I gave him that information. I have lots of e-mails from him and others in the office. My case was file from that office on Nov. 18,2018 and run thru Sept. 9, 2019 and had been set to go to trial Aug. 1, 2020, On Sep 9,2019, Mr. Cara asked the court that the case be dismissed stating that it was my request. I had no knowledge of that, in fact the only way I knew the case was in court we went to the court house and searched. He never informs of the dismissal. He filed for my surplus he received the check, cashed the check took over a one thousand and gave me the rest. Mr. Cara presented ten complaints in my case with exhibits A-G, out of ten complaints four were violation Civ. Codes but never defend any of them. I have the Court documents, e-mails, picture to prove everything I have said here. There is so much more to this case, this is just a little highlight.

In 2018 I had an illegal foreclose Pepe Abad pointed me his attorney Tony Cara who took my case. I had no idea when my case began. I had to go find my case number.to find what was.going on. Tony Cara had.proof of. Wrong doings. In the. arbitration hearing he.did nothing presented nothing. Even the other side said Tony Cara.did nothing. He lied in arbitration he said I told him to close my case orally that is a lie I was. harassed three months by the other party blocked me.in three months Tony ignored me. Thi attorney has no ethics

Naca doesn’t help people
I paid naca 3k for pre legitation services, they assured they would most likely resolve my problem with my loan servicer with in a couple months. As soon they got my money, there customer service disappeared, I practically had to harass them to get any information, but there really wasn’t any information cause they really weren’t doing anything. Then they called me to let me know there was nothing further they could do with pre-lit. So they said I have to pay an additional 7k to get the attorney involved but that I could pay at least half before they would do any legal action, so like an idiot I paid and additional 600.00 dollars but then I started reading the articles on the web about naca Costa Mesa. Then I realized I am also being scammed. All while interest rates rise. Feel so frustrated!! Don’t know what to do and now i am out 3600.00 and still have the same problem with my fraudulent mortgage servicer.
