Faulty Pods
I have been using Njoy now for a while lately I open a new pack of Pods and one if not both are faulty and do not hit its a shame Im going to have to find another vape I like the Njoy it has helped me to give up cigarettes for over six months now.

Well, I sent in about 11 carts that have leaked and couple of them still had to send them didnt even work and I have a card that I was sent before but it expired June 6, 2023 and Im kind of mean to know if youre going to resubmit me a new card and what is going on with those carts that I sent in

Product failure
I bought 3 boxes and 2 of them were dead as a door nail! This has never happened to me before and l have used these for years.

Consistently Defective
Most pods leak and drip in your mouth, every other one is totally defective. Batteries are cheap, break all the time whether you drop them or not. Best part- theyve had to refund so many bad products that they limit you to one refund for every 90 days! They wont even stand behind their products anymore!

Good at first
I tried the Njoy because Vuse is getting so expensive. At first it was great. The cost was much lower than Vuse and the taste was pretty decent. I thought I had found a winning replacement. After two hours, the pod made a bubbling noise when I used it,which has happened before with other devices. Shortly thereafter, I realized the liquid leaked out into the bottom of the device. I removed the pod, cleaned everything, then reinstalled the pod but it continues to leak everywhere. I purchased another pod and much to my amazement the liquid in the new pod had leaked in the sealed package. I went through this with Blu years ago and it sounds like Njoy has the same issues: cheap but generally unusable. Sad.

Leaking problem
My husband and I both use njoy pods, we buy 2 packs at a time and try to switch up stores thinking it was a bad batch but every single pod leaks and they have all been leaking into the battery compartment and into our mouths. Njoy better get better control over quality, I've spoke with a lot of people and I'm fairly certain that they are opening up themselves for a potential lawsuit from health related issues and getting the pod juice in mouths and into lungs.

Finally Done and moving on!
I unfortunately have bought this product for over a year, stupid me for continually giving them my money. 1. Lots of new pods leaking in the sealed container. 2. Pods clogged, some can be cleared, but most of the time after trying in different Ace units, just throw away. 3. Ace unit stops charging. 4. Each Ace unit has a charging cord and What for it! THE CORDS AND THE RECEPTACLES ARE ALL DIFFERENT. Junk! Junk! Junk!

Changes in manufacturing wrecked a decent alternative. Leaky pods, varying quality all over the place, new devices are uneven on pins. Please fix your product quality back to what customer's expect.

Wasted my $ on badly leaking pods
I used Njoy exclusively for about 4 years & they WERE great b4... I decided to move over to another brand refillable device ,but kept losing my device, costing me appx $40 each time- So I went back to my original fave, Njoy. First pod pack, both cartridges leaked bad & I thought I might have cracked them accidentally-( since ALL the vape juice completely leaked out of both-) 2nd pack: oddly the same thing happened! So, I thought maybe they had a bad batch go out & gave them the benefit of the doubt, reluctantly, bought what will be my 3rd, (& very likely to be my final) Njoy refill pack. Good thing that THIS time, I planned ahead & bought a new & DIFFERENT brand (Vuse) device as well, so as to have RELIABLE back up in case I would get yet another defective set of replacement pods- Which is EXACTLY what happened!! So,all in all, 30 bucks + tax ($9.99, 3 times) PLUS an extra $5.25 (I forgot to mention I spent ) to replace my Njoy device after it became completely RUINED very quickly from all the leaked vape juice..added to the $27 I should NOT at all have had to spend on the other brand, I am out $65 in total. I will be planning to post an update after I do try to get this matter resolved, till then Ill be puffing on my very expensive disposable/ rechargeable vape ! to be continued

5% tobacco pods not working
Out of every two packs of two pods that I buy, at least one pod doesn't work. This used to be a random occurrence and was such a low fail rate that i let it go. Now, it's 25-50% of all purchases. I've occasionally been able to get them to work after a lot of troubleshooting and trial-and-error, but most of them just get thrown out. After a lot of wasted money and zero response from the company, I'm done with it all. Mediocre product to begin with, awful customer service.

Faulty pods
Every pack we have purchased in the last 3 months has had one pod that just doesnt work or it leaks excessively. This is getting expensive and frustrating. When I try to call the customer service line, its busy. We really thought switching over to the NJOY Ace device would be beneficial but it has cost us MORE than any other device we have ever used.

I have been using Njoy for years now. As of July/August 2022, every pod I bought would leak. I thought it might be my batteries, although I had 3, so I bought 2 new batteries. The problem continued no matter what I did. I ended up switching to Vuse and its way better quality and since they dont leak, you get more for your money. My friend said the Njoy pods stopped leaking for her, so I went and bought a 2 pack of pods and 2 batteries. Sadly disappointed. I dont know what they changed but it has been awful since the new packaging came out. Not only that but for the first time, my 2 day old battery has pieces chipping off the sides for no reason. I use to swear by this brand and I love their flavor compared to any other. It sucks they had to change 1 thing and ruin the product completely!

Defective Devices & Pods
Have 5 devices, not only are the devices defective, a full brand-new pod will not give a puff. This has been my go to brand for last 4 or so years now I do not know what they have done to the production. Use to be VERY reliable. would like a refund of hundreds of dollars. Jordan J.
