Frame trouble

All of a sudden my frame does not appear on nixplay. I have tried several factory resets with no success. When I start all over and enter the 16 digit frame number it sys account already exists and that I need to contact support help. Please help me Ken

NIXPLAY IS TRYING TO EXTRACT MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT

I NEVER SET UP A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WITH NIXPLAY. I PRESSED THE FREE OPTION. I BOUGHT MY NIXPLAY FRAME AT A TAG SALE. THERE IS NO RECEIT AVAILABLE. I HAD SET UP MY FREE ACCOUNT WITH CUSTONER SERVICE, THERE WAS NO REQUEST TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE.

Device not connecting

Won't connect. I have retried several times. Serial # 3630-79**-**77-4838 I have Uninstalled, unplugged reset wifi password. Nothing works. It is telling me already added to account.
