Disonest sales representative

I recently purhase a Brand New 2023 Rogue at Nissan (nissan at jeff wyler in Cincinnati, ohio) I am happy with the vehicle but dissapointed with the disonesty and the sales team total lack of transparency (even at thr point to tampering with the surveys in exchange of perks that never came to fruition). My wife and i felt that the sales rep took advantage about our desperate need for a new vehicle and said things that were not true until we got to signing all.of the paperwork (things such as additions that were already embeded into the price which were not.) Even though i will not probably to go back to that Nissan when i trade my vehicle, sales reps should be better trained to.treat customers fairly and respectfully. Thank you

Case review

Almost a month since I contacted Nissan, finally, I was towed the issue with giving me the information I needed was the privacy issue which they should have told me in the beginning. Another suggestion I made was to give me a redacted copy, I have yet to receive a reply. This is not really a Nissan issue. It is Vroom who's sold me the vehicle with the sledge in the engine. Nissan terminated the owner's warranty on the engine. I just need it. Documentation, plain and simple. A redacted document would have solved both issues.

Bad Cars

OK, so my 2015 Nissan versa was totaled out so I purchased a 2007 Nissan altima I don't know what the problem is with these people. I think infinities are made by Nissan as well. These cars are portly made. They don't give enough leg room number one. The air conditioning always goes out on these cars. They were just made of origami. Material is ridiculous for the prices that they want for vehicles these days. That they mass-produced and don't make the car's worth anything. The locks unlocked automatically. They unlocked what? I'm driving they unlocked when I put the car in park. That's not good the world we live in today. I don't need my car unlocking when I put it in park. For some weirdo's, that's abducting. People for sex trafficking have access to me. I'll be very conscientious of when that thing unlocks itself to lock it back. We've been having a heat wave air in my air conditioning goes out. I mean, what is going on? And then when I try to take it to the Nissan dealers. They're telling me that they don't serve as Nissan's. That are 2007 best or cut off year. However, the guy that I purchased the vehicle from had a transmission. Put in it where he paid cash. It was 3 to $4000. But they can't service a disabled woman's air conditioning for her To in addition, I have protect my car and a lot of dealerships aren't even participating in that when Chatham Nissan dealer in Savannah. One of the service persons who's now retired recommended that warranty for me. And now they don't accept, that's just lovely. Then when I called them about my air. They said that they were slow to pay. Sold therefore they would keep my car hostage until they got paid. What kind of business practices is this? Do the big people up in the glass? Looking over the showroom, making all these money decisions. Are they on cocaine? What is the problem I don't understand. Reconsider before you buy a nissan Buy toyota not nissan's

Because Nissan is not responsible about dealerships

I didnt know dealerships has their own prices for any services so they charge and tell us we need to charge this and that for getting most income . CHARGEBACK UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT

On October 6, 2022 my Xterra was released from Ruston Nissan of Portland, Oregon after delivery of the vehicle on or about July 18, 2022. Service was advised of the failing ignition and slow idle stall with certainty the ECM, Engine Control Module, was bad since a new engine was installed in November 2020. Thereafter, Service extended diagnostics to determine in fact the ECM failed and allegedly replaced the old, defective component with a new ECM, but not until racking up extended hours of unnecessary diagnostics. Customer was advised to retrieve roadworthy vehicle and departed. No bank charge, Reward Points or Keys for the new ECM were issued to customer. Days later, Ruston Nissan of Portland charged $2,507.06 to Customer bank account without authorization. Customer signature does not appear on charge receipt and awaits immediate back charge. Please call Citibank billing disputes, (877) 601.8029 M - F 6am - 11pm CT, to confirm the unauthorized charge and charge back. TYVM

Issue with the senor

I originally got my car from in West Covina Nissan that got shut down so I took my car too Montclair Nissan they try to give me a run around tell him I need to pay $2,000 when my car is under warranty. I know a lot about cars and it should not call that price if it's under warranty only have this car about 6 months and been having issues I hate that you're Representatives are taking advantage of people that's not right I'm going to contact the lawyer if this situation is not solved. I make all my payments on time. And i found out that west covina charged me way more than the car is worth and Im disabled and a cancer patient ftom pancreatic cancer so I need transportation back and forth to the oncologist gastrologist and neurologist if I have to I will send this to the news to have you guys investigate it. I hate that you guys have associates they take advantage of people that's not right you should have good honest people working for your company if I known this was going to happen all I went to Kia

The ‘Nissan Promise’ is ***

The Nissan promise is just not true. My new (one year old) Nissan Qashqai has been with Nissan for 11 days now. It is undrivable (power steering failure), but because I managed to get it to the Nissan garage without calling Nissan Assist (I happened to be near the garage!) they have point blank refused to give me a courtesy car because I didnt follow procedure. I am now renting a car from Hertz entirely at my own expense. Not only will I never buy a Nissan again (obviously) I will actively be a negative marketer for all things Nissan for the rest of my life (obviously). Well done Nissan, you saved a little money by stiffing me!

Safety Recall—Headlamp…

Regarding Claim #:NIZ-114172****1-37****: I called my local Nissan dealer (Gunn Nissan in Denton/Corinth) on Saturday, September 17 to schedule an appointment for the headlamp testing, along with other maintenance requests. My phone number and other information was taken and was told I would receive a call by the service department. By Tuesday, September 20, not hearing from them, I called again and was told they would relay a reminder to the service department. By Friday, still not receiving a call back, I called again but was told the safety recall expired the day of my 3rd call. The service rep told me that I would need to reach Nissan Consumer Affairs. I mentioned that I had called several weeks before September 17, and was told that the safety recall deadline had been extended for 2 more weeks into October. And the service rep, Anthony, said he was not given a definitive deadline, either, but would speak with his supervisor. I am terribly disappointed in the customer service I received, let alone the nonprofessional, poor, and confusing communication I have received.
