I havent turned on my switch in 6 months. I was just charged for the yearly subscription. I'm trying to save up to move. Can you please cancel and refund? ----- I'm really hoping they refund me. It is really bad that you charge people to have more than one profile on the same console. I payed already but I cant on my switch. To get on like I already payed for that. Now I have to pay $22.24 to have online play on profile. Not a new console the same console. I payed for the online once. If it was another console I would under Stand. I think I might just cancel accounts and sell the switch. Sorry but that is not right

Good Afternoon With the new series c ranked. I was level 9 great ball. When the new series came out i got dropped down 4 levels not 2. I started leveling up again but when ilost a few games it dropped me more levels... Your only supposed to get lowered 2 stages when new series come out. And when you stage uo you can lose as many times and not get lowered..i contacted pokemon cust service. And they gave me this address and said Nintendo deals with all issues. Please help. Any insight woukd be greatly appreciated. Mike

I sent an n64 with some games to a customer and 2 of the games were reproductions. So when I went to hit refund buyer all the sudden it said sold. Now the buyer is saying Mercari said he could keep
The system and games because it said I canceled the order when I didnt. It was a glitch on mercaris end. And he refuses to send the system and games back. Saying theyre his now. What kind of crap is that?!? I want my money or my system back mercari.

I purchased a digital video game (Splatoon 3) and i didn't receive it.
I recently purchased a digital copy of Splatoon 3, but whenever I attempted to play the game, it said "Insert game card". I cannot insert a game card as it is a digital, not a physical copy of the game. Is there a way to fix this?
