Nothing is as advertised.

I ordered 4 tops of different fabrics and designs. All of the same size. Which is my first complaint I've ordered 2XNone of them came close to that size. Ran very small. Also all fabrics not as advertised. I have tried to contact them. The first web site is in China and no response information. The second is in the United Kingdom. I did send an E-mail no response. All I want to do is return them Again no response. I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. It's a lot of money to me. I'm 88 and on social security. If any one has information on returns. The Better Business can't to much, because it's a forgien country. You register a complaint at https://{{Redacted}}

Those blouses are too small for me

I can't understand that I bought those blouses from you guys and then I find no way to return or exchange them. It's not because I don't want them , but sizes are too small I'm 16w in American sizes you can figure it out. Also you guys showed those blouses as 3/4 sleeves, but they are not, they are long sleeve that I don't want.thank you.

Ninacloak has refused to give me their return address and reimburse me for my purchased items

I bought four items from ninacloak. They sent me an email informing me that my items would be delayed due to shipping issues. I immediately canceled my order. Since then, they charged my credit card for the items I wanted to return and have not responded to any of the four emails I sent asking for their return address.

Products not received

Dresses I ordered have not been received although my credit card was charged almost immediately. My payment is due in a few days but Im not going to pay Ninacloak until the dresses are received. I have concerns that if they dont fit or of poor quality the customer service for this company will not work with me. I have received a couple of responses from them, none of which were satisfactory.

I do not have a tracking number or confirmation email concerning my order. Also no one has called to speak to me.

Problem with order

Check out is awful.order by calling if you can. I tried several times to check out using Klarna. They kept sending me a code that I entered and they did except the code which I think is very *** Still haven't been able to check out.

I ordered several blouses. None fit.

I should have known better since I had a previous bad experience with this company. But I thought Id try again. I love the pictures of the items on their website and knew the clothing ran small. So, I went to their size chart and ordered two sizes larger than I normally would based on the measurements . The items still didnt fit. I sent back the majority of them which cost $15. The last item arrived a week or so later and, of course, it didnt fit. I am fighting with them now to get just a partial refund of my money as I dont want to spend another $15 to return this one. Do not trust their sizing!!!

I do not like my order and want a refund

I've been complaining the very day I received my order. My items do not match pictures displayed period and I've been asking for a return label for about 2weeks in a minute yall gone say it's too late for a return. When I've been complaining and the young lady April hasn't done anything to fix anything. I run a business myself and do not treat my customers like that no matter what the situation is. Please HELP PLEASEEEEE
