I got an extra package of the same, thanks.

I got my package 3 or 4 days ago It was a battery charger. It was a battery charger that I got. And I got it but they sent me the same thing today. I just opened one side of the package to see what it was. It was the same thing that I bought the first time when I paid for it. So what do I do? Send it back, or you'll send me something to send it back.

Can't see 2 cameras on my monitor

AFTER A YEAR THEY CAN'T HELP CAUSE OF WARRANTY MY CAMERAS CAN'T SEE ON SCREEN OK NOT GOOD SERVICE FOR A CLIENT SO I GUESS I LOST MY MONEY AFTER 1 YEAR.

Can't get any support or contact customer service at all

I have tried countless times for the last year to contact customer support for help with my admin/password login on the DVR. I can't get it to reset and I have tried all the suggested options for troubleshooting my problem, absolutely everything I can find online and nothing will work. No one ever responds on the chats, and I have emailed them and after a few responses I stop hearing back from anyone. I have called and been hung up on 98% of the times I called, except one guy answered and I told him my problem then he acted like he lost service and dropped the call. I desperately need to be able to log back into my system, I do not have wifi and can't view stored footage anymore and we have been having serious safety concerns and I need to have some sort of security. I can't afford a new camera system at the time but ASAP I will be getting rid of Night Owl and going to a more reliable and customer centered brand.

I thought you deserve a good review because the follow-through was rather quickly still isn’t resolved, but I just appreciate it being followed up and just said it will be resolved

My new telephone number is hooked up with an old account there I was told the code would be sent to verify it but your code has been sent and this is my new number. Am I still able to can use your product. Is there a way you can override it? Im hoping so.

I can't figure out my password so that I can view the cameras from my phone

I got a new phone and now I cant give you my cameras from my phone. I do not have my password. I need help viewing my cameras on my phone I dont have 100 words to say so I dont know why its telling me to write a whole hundred symbols. I dont get why it wants me to say so much. Literally I just need my pass code or help getting the cameras back on my cell phone.

Battery does not last for a week

I tried calling this company and noone was available. I left a message but have not received any responses yet. I like nightowl cameras but not the wireless as it was a pain. The batteries does not last longer and I had to charge it all the time.

I can't get my security system to work

We took batteries out n put em all on charge n put them back in the cameras n now they won't connect, so I deleted my camera that I had connected n can't figure out how to reconnect it

Nobody ever answers her phone

Your weight time is ridiculous. It says 15 minutes but I bet you youll be an hour. Your customer service needs to improve or I will return the system.

I dont like night owl you cannot talk to no one on the phone. You cannot get in touch with nobody to resolve any issues you have.

Bout getting the right camera system

Don't inlets you know you get what you want I should have went to Walmart to get this but it's a few dollars cheaper online so that's why I got it and now I wish I didn't

I bought a night owl camera system and it was supposed to be a eight channel night owl and instead they sent me it was supposed to be a night owl 8 Channel 1 TB night night vision cameras and the one that sent me was the four Channel videos security 500 GB hard drive and the model number is tl44 and they were supposed to send me one that was like this one but the eight channel and I didn't get it I got the wrong one and I wanted to see if it was possible if I can get the right one sent to me and I can send this one is still in the box it still in the packaging and everything

Call Customerservice is really bad. I really tried.

Your customer service really bad I really tried talking to the lady I could not hardly understand her. I gave her every opportunity in the world to slow down and talk clearly. I had to ask her to repeat things several times, and when I said something, she would interrupt me in my listen to me. It was very frustrating. I did not get the answers or the help I needed I am very sorry to say. I asked several times if there were somebody to spoke better English and she told me if I did not like her, I would have to call back.. it wasnt her its just I could not understand her. Her English was not very good at all. I have a lot of patience with people on the phone and I understand a lot coverings use people from other countries to do their online or on the phone. Customer support thats fine.. but they need somebody that can speak English and understand English and have the patience to work with the customer. I did not have that experience, and I am very sorry to say. I could still use some help. I dont know that everything is set up right I need somebody speaks good English to walk me through it.

I have a 4 channel DVR 500 MB Night Owl system and it was supposed to be a eight channel one terabyte and I got a completely opposite of what I've got was supposed to get

If possible I can switch your system out from the four channel to the 8 Channel I would be more happy with the system myself
