Today was my lucky day with Nicor Home Solutions as Dan S was my service provider regarding a bad thermostat. He arrived on time, asked me what the issue was, I explained it and he started working on the issue immediately. He took down the old thermostat and asked me a few questions..realized I needed I needed a regular thermostat and put one in. He was looking at my account and told me he could save me money by combining our account to save us money..and I'm all about saving money. Thank Dan S for us as he was a great help!!!

Failure of Nicor to address my inside plumbing problem

I called Nicor and made an appointment to have my inside plumbing problem taken care of. I had an appointment and the plumber never came. I have made numerous calls to find out why, get a plumber there and then speak to a supervisor. I have been denied service and refused to allow me to discuss this matter with a supervisor.

It takes almost 2 months to repair the air condition.

They want us to wait 2 months to repair the air condition for my house, I am feel like paying $71 per month for nothing.

As of today, I have received no response as to my claim. After many emails, including one to the president of the company, I’m being totally ghosted.

Discrimination? Perhaps.All I know is that they have the invoice that clearly states that my sewer line collapsed because of a rusted cast iron pipe. I also have a written statement from them that this is covered under my policy.

So why aren’t they honor my claim? They won’t say?

I had a major sewer collapse on 5/16/22. I had to evacuate my home until my sewer line could be replaced. I contacted Pivotal Home Solutions and was told they would honor my claim (Joel), but as of this date they have not. The rarely even respond to my emails. This is a justified claim and all Ive gotten is the runaround

Bad service

Technician try to sell us a furnace but another technician from or home warranty company showed us it was fine and working properly.

Terrible

Every time I call to schedule a maintenance service or need a repair, I routinely spend about 90 waiting for a human being to come to the phone. It is incredibly frustrating. Ive been a Home Solutions customer for a few years, but this has become intolerable. Im canceling my service

NO SHOW!!

NO HEAT FOR TWO WEEKS!!! THE FIRST GUY SAID HE THOUGHT IT WAS THE MODULE.... FIRST GUY ORDERED IT AND IT DID NOT WORK! SECOND TIME HE WAS HERE SAID THOUGHT IT WAS THE GAS VALVE... WHEN I STATED BURNER PROBLEM... HE REFUSED TO DISMANTLE BURNER ASSEMBLY. MY SON WAS HERE AND HE THINKS IT IS A BURNER PROBLEM... AFRAID TO DISMANTLE... why will not nicor solutions send me someone who is competent?????????

Please cancel home solutions plan

We can't get anyone to call back or pick up. We are spending almost $16 a month for zero service. We do not want this service. Please stop! Our Nicor account is 33-5*-**-**** *. Our address is 1411 Grant Avenue, Rockford, IL 61103.

Furnance cleaning

I have called several times. No answer. What is going on? All I want to do is schedule an appointment for maintenance on my furnance. Is there another number that I can call to get a hold of someone.? Who can I call to complain about this?

Poor to no service

On tuesday September 21st I called to make a maintenance appoint for my furnace. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes before I could make that appointment. THe appointment was for Saturday Sept 25 between 1 and 3pm The work order number is 277****. I spent the morning cleaning our utility room and waited all afternoon for the call from the tech. It never came. came even a curtis

Issues with my service people

I am disappointed in home solution for allowing service providers to charge an upfront fee. I am also not happy about providing only one service provider.It used to be multiple providers to choose from. I have been with you for over 15 years. You are about to lose with me.
