My items have not arrived when expected.
My items were birthday gifts. I was embarrassed to tell my loved one that I didn't have their gift. That it was to arrive August 8th.

Its been in transit for over a month and all anyone tells meis thats its on the way..well where is it??? Sent the wrong size
I am disappointed this item was for a birthday gift that I ordered a month ago and they sent the wrong size and now tomorrow is the birthday and I don't have the item and not sure when I will get it

I tried to cancel an order that I just placed six hours ago. I am told that I cannot cancel the order. This was going to be a Christmas present and my order wont even arrive until sometime after January 15. It hasnt been processed so Im not sure what the problem is and just canceling the order
