Can’t get ahold of anyone

I never received my package. Website says to call but gives no number. When I did find a number it disconnected me.

Change shipping

I didnt click on standard shipping. So the order was being expedited shipping which costs more. I tried to change it immediately via text, but no response. It took me a long time to find a phone number contact. Once I did customer service took care of the issue!

Wrong item

Ordered 2 different hats, 1 hat re-ordered twice due to wrong color. Waiting on 3rd re-order. Second hat ordered, came today, again, wrong color.Save your time and money. Stay away from Fanatics and NFL.COM

Order was too small

The number +190******** says it's not in (Service)? I had purchased some (49ers Shorts) which (Small) was the only size available and they were way to (Small) from the actual picture you had posted. So it was 9/23/22 I ordered them which I been trying to find a number and location, but since I ordered on line I had no luck to see if I can return them for a (Bigger Size) and/or get my (Refund) back? Frustrated

Item seemed to be available when I placed the order on 8-14-23, was to be delivered on 9-5-23. Now I get an email stating it will not ship til 9-15-23 !!! This was a surprise gift for my grandson Julie

Need to modify order

Item is a gift and I want to make sure receipt doesnt reflect the price of the item. If I cant rectify this matter then I would like to cancel my order.

Wrong price on the item

We got it all taken care of, thank you, until next time. OK it had the perfect prize at the beginning, and in the end of the checking, was the wrong price and I call the one 800 NFL number customer service was wonderful they fix the whole caboose. I am glad I'm happy. I cannot wait for my purchase.

Paying for a faster delivery and never got it when promised! Watch what you are promised customer service was horrible

Service Rep cut off the chat before problem was solved

Basically, I did all the math and pointed out that I had not received the advertised discount but had in fact, been charged that much more for my order. So not only did they falsely claim I was getting a 25% off total purchase (should have been $30, they marked it at $20) but then they fudged some other numbers into the listing prices. That jacked the prices up another $20 over what can be seen in the screenshots I took and made my subtotal balance $20 higher. I had done all the math and had it typed up for the rep. I offered the 2 screenshots I took as well. I did not do any of this to belittle the rep, but for myself because I like to be prepared. I share what I see and I am always open to another POV. After this person had stalled so long on the other side, they came back, said they were crediting me $15 and to watch my payment method. I asked why only $15 and they snidely remarked that that was the difference after changing my order. I did not see an updated invoice in my email. I tried to type and ask if one would be sent and they shut down the chat session. I was only able to download the transcript about halfway through the chat. I am not a person who searches out to write bad reviews and I have had great dealings with this website/company in the past, but WOW. If I had received a copy of the invoice with the dollar figures and they could justify where the $15 figure came from, I would have probably been content. So now I just worry if they will try and cancel the whole thing or charge me even more. Guess I'll be making a phone call in the AM.

Never got my order I paid for

I ordered two hats and tracked them. Said it was out for delivery and never showed up. Then they said it was refunded yet I never received my money back. Pretty shading business practice.

Items says arrived but haven't

I ordered 2 Custom Jerseys for my mom and dad for mothers and Fathers Day, The jerseys both say there last names, Thete favorite teams, and a number that is important to them, the order said it arrived but when I asked them they said it did not.

I never received my package

I placed an order on NFLShop.com on February 13th for a Patrick Mahomes Jersey and it said it was expected to arrive in mid May. I had kind of forgotten about it until early May when I had checked again and it said expected arrival date to be May 18th. I forgot about it again until May 22nd when I had remembered it and realized that I never got it. I then checked my email and only at that point did I see an email saying it was delivered on May 13th. Im not sure who i need to get in touch with but I never received it even though it said it was delivered. I have proof of purchase but I would just like some help seeing if we can figure something out to get this jersey to me or at the very least get my money back so that I can order another one.

False advertisement

They advertise chiefs super bowl trading cards and a date they would be shipped. Took my money since February 2023 and now say the were oversold! Really!!! What a way to make money off of other people's money!!! Very sad!!

Return item

I have 2 Chicago bears winter coats and a Bears pullover jacket that I am needing to return. My husband made the purchase a month ago and I don't have the receipt but the items do still have the original tags still on them. I am wanting to know what the 1st step is to make a return for these items that do not fit and are not what I wanted. My name is Nicole Moore 2557 Dunn Dr. Decatur IL 62526. Phone number 217542****.
