Poor quality assurance, seem to be very unorganized, can’t meet customer deadlines, and pretty much don’t care about their customers.

I 1/24: placed order of door handle hangers 1/20: received order, but the back of hanger was not per the proof. The second line from top ran through the door handle hole. I immediately called at 1:05PM PT to advise, including that I need the hangers by no later than 1/27. They said I probably wouldnt hear back until Monday, 1/23. I e-mailed again asking for an additional 50 free of charge. 1/23: I didnt hear back. I e-mailed them to advise of that. Nikola replied that I probably wont hear back until tomorrow, 1/24. I replied to repeat that I need the hangers by 1/27. I received an e-mail with Invoice for 50 stamped FREE. I replied that I asked for an additional 50 for free and that I was okay with paying for the original 50. 1/24: I received an e-mail with an invoice for 100 hangers and balance due of $16.52, which I then paid on-line. Order #1057**** 1/25: Received e-mail to approve proof. I felt the verbiage was still too close to handle hole. Received another proof which I approved. I called to get status of order. I was told that Adam will call me. I did not receive a call. 1/26: Received an e-mail from Erika stating they couldnt give me 50 hangers for free but offered a 10% discount on a future order. I replied for her to call me. She never called me. Called to check on order. Delivery date is now 1/31? Spoke to Supervisor, Lynn. She will check with Production Supervisor. I impressed to Lynn that I need no later than 1/27 and if you cant make that happen well cancel the order. And, I will post unsatisfactory comments on Yelp, Facebook, etc. I told Lynn to tell the Production Supervisor and to escalate to her boss. She said shell call me back. I told her I wanted a callback within 1 hour, by 9:32AM PT. 9:41AM: didnt receive call. I called to speak to Lynn. She wasnt available so I asked to speak to her boss. Spoke to Supervisor Ray. He is supposed to call me back after checking with Production. 10:46AM: Ray called back. He told me that you couldntt make production and shipping by today. Told him to cancel order and credit me for both orders. Also, I told Ray that Ill be providing feedback to him and to anywhere else I can post. While speaking to Ray, I received an e-mail and text message that my order is on hold due to one or more pending files. We need your final artwork before we can complete your order. That didnt make sense. Their slogan In Today, Out Tomorrow is false advertising. They have a 3-day production timeframe. They should get rid of that slogan. So overall, poor quality assurance, seem to be very unorganized, cant meet customer deadlines, and pretty much dont care about their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THEY WILL HAVE YOU PAY FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AND YOU WILL NOT GET IT ON TIME... YOU WONT GET IT ANYTIME SOON AS YOU PLANNED. THEY HAVE RUINED MY EVENT AS I WILL NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO WALK WITH DURING MY EVENT. STOP ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. A DECENT COMPANY WOULD FULLY REFUND AND GIVE THEIR CONSUMERS THEIR PRODUCT FOR MESSING UP... IF YOU DID THAT, TRUST AND BELIEVE YALL WOULD CARE

Horrible service

Horrible. Paid for next day delivery, even called to confirm it would arrive at that time. 3 days later still no product. People on the phone just talk in circles

HORRIBLE SERVICE

They need to change the name of this company. It took 20 days from the time I placed my order. By the time I received the order I could not use the flyers. Skip using this company.

Miserable customer service

The product was decent, when it arrived, and the order shipped in three separate packages, one taking significantly longer than the others. But calling customer service for any sort of actual service or to invoke their 'On Time or On Us' and be prepared for a semantic debate regarding what 'On Us' entails... and to hear excuses why the product was delayed. Also be prepared for extended time on hold with people who only try to delay and deflect you. Guarantee obviously doesn't mean what you think it means. Edit: I finally did discuss with a supervisor (( 30+ minutes on the phone, most of it on hold )) and expect a refund for the portion of the order that was late (( which was all I was after in the first place, but for all the time I spent, hardly worth the effort ... ))

Guaranteed delivery never materialized - thanks to DHL

Business cards orders and were guaranteed to be delivered today. The tracking number NDF gave us was incorrect and DHL (the worst shipper on the planet by far) claim to have never had such a tracking number. After speaking with the "customer service" at NDF, it turns out that DHL had delivered the package to a local post office that never delivers to our street address. And so its stuck at the post office and we need the business cards by tomorrow at 8:15...but we suspect that DHL has it and is up to their usual incompetent antics We will never use NDF again. Their Achilles heel is DHL - a more incompetent shipping company cannot be found on the face of the earth.

Terrible Service

My First order was incorrect.I never got a call until it was the day I expected them to get shipped.Then once I verbally told them to run the cards they finally decided to make them.good flyers but just not shipped correctly. My second rune was for cd inserts.I made them myself.created the bleeds.walked to put money on a secure card.Specified and paid for overnight delivery.I got no follow up email.Just obe saying my order was received.I then waited until the day I was to receive them to check my mailbox...No Inserts...Then i go on line to find out they happily sent an email telling me that the flyers would be here in 5 more business days.Even though I paid for faster service.next day to be exact..There will be no third time purchase from them

Next Day Flyers - Worst Company Ever

Do not use this company for any of your branding or collateral materials. They are not set up as a professional firm; the sales people are not industry people and have no idea how to help you other than send you to "the design team." And "next day" what a joke. I live in California where they supposedly have many offices and ordered my first cards on 2.19.2016...only to receive my business cards today 2.23.2016 with added shipping costs jut FYI, plus my cards are not correct and when I tried to fix them on-line it was not an option and when I called there was no one to can help unless they sent me to the "design team," again...? All I wanted to do was increase the font... which by the way is not accurate on their format. FYI size 8 or 9 is almost illegible.

Never have I been so disappointed and inclined to write NEGATIVE reviews about experiences with a company until this year. The acquisition of Next Day Flyers by Digital Room Inc has turned the company into a PIECE OF ***, a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! We have been customers of NEXT DAY FLYERS since 2008, and never have we EVER seen a company decline so rapidly, in such a short period of time. Your customer service is now AWFUL, the change in pick-up and boxes SUCKS, and you can't even get orders processed on time. We are so TOTALLY upset, to say the least. You are making our company look bad to our customers. We are starting to order elsewhere, like Color FX and Zoo Printing (for those of you looking for other vendors, their reviews are GREAT and they offer amazing incentives for repeat business), but have still been ordering from NDF didn't due to location convenience, that's it, and that's all, oh yeah, and the fact that the customer service manager, Jennifer Holt, ACTUALLY GIVES A *** about longtime customers!!! If we were a larger company, we'd make her a job offer. So, we placed a next day order on Thursday 2/5, for a first time customer of ours who needed their order the following day, today, 2/6, for a marketing campaign. With plans to make a great impression, and after being repeatedly told that the order would be ready and delivered to Rancho Dominguez for pick-up, which is now at another location, and can only be picked up after being delivered at the END OF THE DAY, you guys DROPPED THE *** BALL, AGAIN (excuse my French, but I am LIVID)!!!! So, now, because there is no more Saturday pick-up, we won't get the order until MONDAY AFTERNOON, well after the time they are needed. I don't know if your management is aware, but your Yelp reviews are GOING TO ***, but maybe y'all are just CLUELESS over there, with your thumbs UP YOUR ***!!! Bad news travels fast, but this bad news is spreadin and travelling like BRUSHFIRE! Get a *** clue and get it together! I don't know what else to say, other than, WE ARE *** PISSED, and this is just one of your recent ***-UPS!!! How many refunds are you gonna have to give out, before you get it right??? How a well oiled, well run machine managed to become dysfunctional at the hands of new ownership in less than 6 months, is beyond horrendous. Be prepared to deal with more bad reviews, bad press, irate customers, losing business and possible lawsuits in your very near future!!! Unfortunately, I am forced to HAVE TO give you a star to be able to post this review, because if I didn't, I would not have. Very pissed and disappointed, Nom AphroGraphics, Inc. P.S. My wife checked the order status online around 8 pm to find out that it changed from "In Production" to "Ready For Pick-Up", at around 7:30 or so, SERIOUSLY????? So, she calls customer service to find out what the deal really is and is told that we can pick the order up tomorrow, Saturday, 2/7, believe it or not, at 8 AM. We shall see how that turns out. I will be sure to let you all know how that goes tomorrow morning.

Nextdayflyers.com are Frauds!

Nextdayflyers.com are frauds. I order some cards from them and paid for expedited shipping. I used their (usually use a different one) because they were less expensive and offer a 100% money back guarantee. Well here we are past the time I was supposed to have them. I contacted the company and was told that I would need to file a claim before they could reproduce or issue a refund which would take 10 days. This is horrible customer service. It today's age where there are fewer customers for these types of companies I would think they would issue a full refund and try to salvage my experience. What they are doing is putting salt in the wound. I will NEVER use them again and will make sure that I post my experience on every possible site I can.
