On purchase of your product
I purchaed a box of Nexgard for my dog from my vet and it had 3 quantity on the box and only had 2 with one that was sealed but no pill inside Lot # AA2632/21A EXP10/2024 SN 100000****7430**** I wasn't sure if there was a problem with just this box but has never happened to me with the years I have purchased your product.

Didn't answer my concern of Spectra for my pups safety. So many bad reviews and problems, will return product and use another Heart worm product for our pup.

I recently ordered Spectra for our pup. I ordered the medium dog dosage and our pup is 16 pounds. Will this 1/2 lb. difference be hurtful for pup. I don't want to overdose our baby.

NexGard user for two small dogs for years but they were diagnosed with tapeworms
My two small dogs have taken NexGard (monthly chews) and Heart Guard (monthly tablets) for years. However they both were recently diagnosed with tapeworms. How is this possible?

Hello, I have a 4 month old puppy who has been on next guard for 2 months. His next dose is due on December 9th. Today while bathing him I found a tick with the head fully embedded on the outside of his ear. My vet said to call you as this should not be the case. I am extremely upset and concerned. This product is too expensive to not work.

BEWARE - Caused seizure in perfectly healthy 1.5 year old lab
The day I gave this to my healthy 1.5 year old lab (with a perfectly clean medical history) she started acting oddly and quickly declined, seizure activity, unable to walk, shaking. Resulting in emergency trip to vet. I pray she made it out ok - in reading other reviews some pets were not as lucky. I advise against this medication in the strongest way possible.

Angry and very worried
This Tuesday 4/1/2022 part of vets health plan our 1 year old Jack russell had his 2nd treatment of Nexgard he had small side effects the first time but now after his second the dose, 2 days later he will not eat or drink ( if you even show his favourite treat ) he runs away, also he is vomiting and having diarrhoea, the scariest thing is that we have had a hard time waking him ( i honestly thought he was dead ) like an idiot i googled Nexgard for side affects (what a horror story ) i took him to the vets this evening and the vet had to look up side affects and she confirmed them in my dog told me to call again in tomorrow if he is the same or worse, please think twice before giving your dog any medicines even on advice from your vets. i will stay by my dogs side tonight and pray he gets better.

Dog is Very Very Sick
Two days after giving my dog nexgard, he became very ill. He doesn't want to eat or drink, he is barely able to stand. It's like he has lost all ability to do anything. Nexgard is poisonous to dogs. Please take this *** off of the market.

Poisoned dog
Our Parti Poodle of 3 years had the new "Spectra" with worming and has started bleeding from his rectum and is very ill. This product has been removed from the USA market for all sorts of reasons. Yet as always we are so behind. Don't buy it if you love your dog.

Office was closed. Ive tried calling NexGard but got PetSmart twice. Very unfriendly web page no direct phone number. Its very expensive so the $35.00 reward card would be a great way to help customers

Issue with the med
My 2 Shin Tsu had flea infestation even though they had taken NexGard monthly for years. This was the 11st and only time they have had fleas. They have been on NexGard or FrontLine all their lives. One is 13 and the other is 10. No signs or scratching until the groomer saw them. This was apparently a bad dose and an anomaly. I threw out the rest of that batch and purchased fresh. NexGard and gave it to them. I trust NexGard and will continue to give it. I gave them the Lot no. and Exp dates. They responded the next business day and the Veterinary Tech was extremely helpful and informative. Their resolution was fast and fair. I highly reccommend them.

My dog is sick as ***
My dog will not eat or drink water after taking nexgard. My dog has been having chronic seizures and pancreatitis and bladder stones.. my dog personality has changed and acts like he don't even remember who I am or where he is. He can't even *** walk anymore.. nexgard is pure *** posin and I'm telling it like it is, *** being respectful. You *** know this product is trash and needs to be *** banned in America and everywhere.. people dogs are dying on nexgard and the ones that don't die directly from it or killed by the vet because the damn dogs be in so much pain that they have to be put down. Smh
