To get a 2022 interest statement

I cannot get anyone on the phone because Im not an existing customer anymore. I need to go back to get information on my 2022 interest payments for tax purposes. I dont know how to get this. There is no option for previous customers.

This company cannot be contacted

I have auto pay with newrez my bank account was hacked so I now have a new account and have been trying to get newrez to switch to my new account for 8 months but you cant contact them by phone or online and they are charging me late fees I sent them a voided check months ago and its still not working please help!

My mortgage loan with Mr. Cooper was transfer to NewRez

Trying to login and or talk to someone

can't get logged in, my account was just taken over by this company, tried to send email, NOPE not happening supposedly my loan # is wrong...hmmmm that is what is on my statement...tried to call ...lost track of how many number that hung up on me ...does anyone know how to get a hold of this company?

Trying to pay my mortgage over the phone locked out of my account

I am unable to make my mortgage payment because there is nobody to call to make it over the phone. They never answer the phone dont matter how many numbers I have tried. I am unable to make my payment online because I am not gotten my account and nobody to answer the phone to fix this problem.

Calls won’t go through

Ive tried 3 different phone numbers and all give me 3 little beeps then disconnect. Now I cant even get logged into my account. What is going on?

My account number has change and was told I have to wait for a paper to come in the mail to fill out and send back. I do not want my payment to be missed on the 1st of July. Do you have a online way ?

My account was hacked and I want to know if I can make a payment on line until the paperwork you are sending gets here, I fill out and return to you.

Login failure for Months

I have not been able to log into my NewRez mtg account for months. I spoke to two C.S Reps... each have no clue how to fix my login issue... they have placed a ticket with tech support. I never hear back from them.. NOR is the issue fixed I have personally emailed tech support at an email address NewRez gave me: I receive confirmation that my email was sent and that someone will return my correspondence soon.. For months now, I have not heard from anyone... Nor is the issue fixed. I still can NOT log into my Mortgage Online account. My next move will be to contact BBB and DIFS

Answer your phone

Called 38 times to pay my mortgage!!! Fix your problem!!! ridiculous!! Everytime I dial, it hangs up!!!

Newrez told another company that I chose Newrez not the other mortgage company.

Was checking on getting the lowest interest rates and when the other mortgage company called Newrez the other mortgage company was told that I had chosen Newrez to refinance my home and I never told Newrez they lied about me.I wouldn't choose them now no matter what.

Poor service and poor accounting

shortage on my escrow It is thier fault I changed insurance companies .My insurance company advised them and they did not adjust my payments to reflect it, And now they tell me after almost a year its my fault. I have called them on this and advised them that they should eat this. I was told thats not how it works, They only look at what they are paying out once a year ???

Escrow

I changed Insurance companies last Oct 2022 My payments should have adjusted at that point, It is not up to me to assure that you charge me the correct price at that time. I do not know who runs Ne Rez but you suck Now I have a 1017.80 shortage. If you were not smart enough to get the correct payment from American Family Insurance. You have paid the insurance company the amount they need, BUT you did not in turn charge me for that shortage. I think that New Rez shoud take that shortage and shove it, Now that is my opinion. I called and told thats not how you do business. This is the problem with this world, YOU at New Rez should have adjusted my payment in oct 2022 Not wait a yr and tell me I'm short, You was notified that it went up, YET you didn't do anything about it. Now its as you say MY FAULT ??? ***

Charged illegal junk fees

They charged me $20 in junk fees for an error outside my control. I disputed and provided proof that it was their error several times and was told that it's not their problem and i'm "going to pay it". After complaining to BBB and other places, they made up lies and told me they're not going to take the illegal junk fee away unless I get my bank to admit it was their fault instead of "NEWREZ". However, I have proof it was not my banks' error, it was "NEWREZ". I'm so tired of these big companies abusing power and taking advantage of hard-working people that are just trying to get by. Scamming $20 out of someone might not seem like much to a multi-million dollar company, but it means the difference between my family eating and starving. Completely unethical! This company needs to be shut down!!

Can't make payment

No answer I'm trying to pay my mortgage over the phone and I can't get an answer from any number I've tried. The website doesn't let me sign in either
