Went into the store in the app didn't work so I just lost my coupon
I went into the store I opened my app the cashier tried to scan it it wouldn't go through so I asked him can't you just type it in and he said no so I wasted a whole coupon

Business does not honor coupons
7248 Cradlerock Way, Columbia, MD 21045 This business falsely advertised the price of their Newport menthol cigarettes to be $10.38. I was charged $11.38 plus tax. I decided to use a coupon that is provided by the Newport website for one dollar off. Muhammad (owner, or management) refuse to honor the digital coupon provided. This coupon specifically designated by the Newport website that their store is a location that would honor such a COUPON. The employee called the police, then had me banned from a store I have been going to for 10+ years.

Coupon issues
They have a store listed on the website that allegedly accepts Newport coupons but when you get there they dont accept coupons. I had already clicked the redeem now button on the app and I was unable to use my coupon. As much as I buy these cigarettes I should be able to use my coupon. I called customer service all for them to do nothing but tell me they are sorry there are no coupons available to reissue me. How disappointing when I spend all this money on supporting this brand. Maybe its a sign I need to quit smoking and stop supporting this brand.

Lot of carton of cigarettes that was stale and still am out over $100
Call customer service have to find on the carton of cigarettes that's really small and hard to read. Been on top of that they're wanted me to write a hundred words or more and the only thing I could say is that customer service I asked for a coupon for a carton that is how I buy my cigarettes and they give me $2 off on a pack

I have purchased and smoked you cigarettes for many years now. Ive never had a problem until now. I purchased carton of your cigarettes a few days ago and most of them have a perfectly round small hole towards the filter so you cant really smoke them. Newport menthol short box carton dissatisfaction
Smoked Newport for 4 decades, approx 1/2 pk a day. Recently, the last 4 cartons have more sticks than tobacco. They burn unevenly and chunks of large ash falls off and have the possibility of starting a small fire. I'm extremely cautious but just now a chunk ember came out of the MIDDLE of the cigarettes and fell into the laundry basket into the towels.The top half is still unsmoked. Come on guys you can do better. Please respond to this situation and your resolution. Cigarettes are not cheap and I want to keep smoking this brand but I may need to consider other options.

Stale tasting cigarettes
Why is it so hard to get a fresh pack of Newport menthol god smokes I purchased a whole carton and they definitely taste stale. Its so frustrating been a patron of Newport for many years but have been trying to change brands trying diff ones as it seems often Im having this issue.
