Your company is still trying to change my credit card you have charged me sense 2021 of 121 dollars for an account that I don't have and never wanted and I won't that money back and for the company to stop try to get money from my account ndo

Lack of accountability and the WORST customer service

Found out I was being billed $3.49/mo for 5 years(?) for a feature that stopped working along the way at some point don't know when. This feature should sync my iPhone calendar with the *** online web calendar in the email platform. I was putting things on both calendars and didn't realize it was no longer syncing. The recurring events stayed on both calendars but at some point new entries were not syncing. Not sure how many appts I missed during this time. Let NS know about it and they said they would issue a year's worth of credit. They only credited $3.49 and when I called to follow up they said the BEST they would do is credit me one month $3.49. So they don't stand by their word either. They were more concerned about why I was asking "now." How about because I just noticed? So desperate to make a buck even if they have to STEAL it. The web email platform closes whether you are active or not after a certain period of time and most of the time I have to try to login in a new browser several times with a new browser to get back in because it just doesn't work all the time. You can't cut/paste cells from excel into the text of an email without it getting all wonky. You can't compose a message and drag that box to your other monitor, so if you are attaching docs or reading from something else on your screen to include in that email you just have to push the text box around. You can rarely speak to someone who speaks clear english so hopefully you don't need too much help. I wouldn't recommend this service at all and will be moving to another as soon as time permits. Up until recently they made it really difficult to see what they are billing you for. It's all there now although cumbersome to piece it all together. Probably part of the scam to rip you off. Buyer beware. I tried to warn you.

The WORST service ever--Stay away!!!!!!!

Net Sol hosts my domain name based email. my email account has been suspended by network solutions for no reason 10 times in a month. Takes hours to get it back running. All I get is a run-around. They have done nothing. STAY AWAY from this company. Nothing but headaches.STAY AWAY...RUN

Billing

I was billed by Network Solutions for a service I did not order. Hosting. Initially, the representative said she would cancel the service so there wouldn't be any future billing and intimated that the payment made was not going to be refunded. I requested a supervisor she asked while she was reaching out to one and while doing that she would handle the cancellation for the HOSTING and the sending of an email to confirm the cancellation of said service. When the representative returned she sad she would be refunding the payment. I also requested she cancel the renewal of the domain name as well and send me an email to that effect. Which she did.

Poor service not sure how this works for others they just read scripted anwers

no US local number your chat or call will divert to call center. process takes forever. I called and check our domain issues everyday they keep telling me 24 hours but honestly no updates. Higher management should hire someone to check your customer service.

Do not use this company

After a year of a special offer this company started auto billing me at an inflated rate for my domain and also charging me for monthly services I didn't request. When I tried to email to complain, they needed me to call customer service to address this issue.Whenever it got escalated I was sent back to the beginning of the queue and it never got resolved. This repeatedly happened and I don't have the time to keep sitting on hold.

Bad company to deal with

Several years ago they took money out of my credit card account without notify me, prior to taking the money. I try to retrieve all my money but that was impossible only got part of it. today in 2021, they are still trying to steal my money even though I told them before they take money, please contact me and I asked them as several years ago to remove all my information out of my account. they won't let me answer to them via email and I had to wait almost an hour before I got attention. this time their customer service is very rude, interruptive and they don't listen. I had to repeat myself several times. Making the situation even more frustrating. this is Paramount to racketeering several years ago. To save yourself from getting ripped off, stay far away, stay far away, go to another company

THEY STEEL YOU MONEY

Several years ago they charged my cerdit card withoue notifying me. I want after them with no success in getting all my money back... this is paramount to racketeering. Customer service is rude they talk over you, they don't listen you have to repeat yourself numerous times be safe, don't give them their credit your credit card because they will charge without your knowledge stay away stay far, far away.

Fraudulent use of my credit card

Network Solutions is a scam. It's a website that offers domains to be able to promote your business. I had to registered to use their site and automatically realized their services were not going to meet my needs. In my photo attached it says ordered and It's because they automatically set you up when you register. You have to cancel through the website. I received emails stating that my services were not fulfilled, and that's because I canceled immediately that night when I registered. After multiple emails stating for me to renew my subscription, my credit card was charged without my authorization for $49.04. They refused to refund my money back. I paid for services I never used, never gave permission for my credit card to be illegally assessed, and I never wanted to utilize their offers sent to me. Use caution, this company is not reputable. Their customer service was not accommodating, and I can almost guarantee the customer service representative REAL name was not John! Stay away from this unethical fake company being run from another country!

Impossible company to deal with

I bought a domain name from them. It never actually worked. They dilly-dallied wasting my time and then I asked for a refund when it became clear this is just a shill company. They then wanted me to call a phone number and specified very short hours, during which I would be working and unable to access a cellphone. Finally I called and was told I should have called days, during which time they were still wasting my time with non working "solutions". Anyway... I never got a refund and had to pursue it through my bank.

California collective outlet

California collectiveoutlet.com was my website for years jamboree was hosting it last which no longer you can get a hold of them I try to renew it for the last 2 years and called Network solution they tell me it's for sale for $11,700 how can that be I've owned that company since 2011 and have it registered with the state of California but yet I can't get my own website back Network solutions still can't hosted until jamboree gives information which is no body at jamboree to get permission from yet Network solution has it for sale for $11,700. I want to know who I'm supposed to call the FBI to call to get this straightened out the FBI

Mafia-type arm-twisting practices

Refusing to provide transfer codes not only for domains, expired 1 day ago, but also for a domain expiring only tomorrow. They say: pay first (their extreme renewal fee), only then we will provide you with the transfer code.

Customer service-LOL

I have had my website hosted by Network Solutions for about fifteen years or so and while by no means was this a stellar experience, at least you could get some sort of customer service be it technical or just account related. So i have my mobile website hosted by them also and they merged with another company last month to do their mobile sites for them and everything was supposed to be the exact same thing-at least from the multiple emails that i received, but my mobile website went bye bye and the new format will not work for whatever reason. First i tried their FAQ Knowledge base which is just standard questions that they put on there so no help there. Then i did a Live Chat-why they even offer this service is beyond me as i think they have a robot manning these chats. So then i tried to call and why they even have a phone number is again beyond me. They are always backed up-no surprise-they keep you on hold for hours and then disconnect you. Every phone number on their site leads to the same loop so don't bother. I even tried to trick them by calling the sales number and YES they answered but without asking me transferred me over to the same customer support loop that i had been on all day. So i guess i am going to look for another website host ASAP and will call all the numbers before transferring over just to make sure i do not run into the same problems with the new service. Unless you have a tech by your side or just want a web host that will take your money and do nothing for you, i would steer so clear of this company it would make your head spin. They are horrible. Mobile website still garbage.
