My card was declined and I don't know why and I can't reach customer service

Poor, trying to reach customer service and I cannot get through. I cant get a balance and its declining my card and I dont know why.

Error on Netspend for counseling my card and never be issuing a new one and I receive direct deposit

Please be advised if you use this company service and report a transaction, and they cancel out your card, you're going to be inconvenienced if you don't sit on top of them to call back to make sure that they re-issued you a new card I've been a customer for 14+ years receiving direct deposit my card was canceled out by a representative and never received a new one yet and my bills that I set up automatic bill pay aren't getting paid

Some how my all access card was canceled or reported stollen! I didn't do that and I need my money!can't get ahold of anyone. And every time I call net spend I get pay pal

I have tried several times to activate the card and the store may. Unable to do. I want a refund and the store manager said the problem is on your side and she will not return the money.

Refund on purchase of card unable to activate card online or on the app keep getting an error message and being told to call. O I get machine talking

Not able to actually. Y card

I tried to activate my. PayPal prepaID Card and it said I was unable to verify there gives me nothing but a hard time. I am unable to do anything the day before that I bought a net spank card and my Matthew picked up the phone and was playing on it and they have him down as the card holder after I explained. Hes 13 years old, they said. What we need to speak to him as the cardholder. I think that's illegal inappropriate. I'm sound like I'm angry because I am they're exploiting the a minor by wanting to speak to him as the primary card holder. I didn't know a 13 year old kid couldn't be, and now they are discriminating against me for are you in the fact that hes 13 so I can't access my PayPal prepaid or the net spend and to be honest with you. If I knew it was not spent, I would never bottom they had 26. 174 company I want to do business with the reason. I don't allow you to turn your card on is cause the longer they hold the money you put out for the card. They make interest, so it's taken. Not to replace the card that you had what you think you, but to give you another monthly bill, so you end up owing that money and the corporation looks bigger. The stocks are higher and it's just a ponzi scheme, and it's immoral.

Dispute filed and nothing done to correct it

I filed a dispute over two weeks ago and have yet to receive any provisional credit credit towards my account of which over $610 was stolen, but if the food took my wallet and everything pertaining to me and myself as a person as well as my child. Ive provided everything to the dispute department that was asked of me and yet if you have received any written information from them regarding their investigation, I feel that they are prolonging trying to find me with provisional credit and if they did their due diligence, they would see that these transactions were beyond an authorized and not done by me. Frankly, I feel that I shouldve already had this provisional credit provided multiple days ago so with that said, unless this matters fix promptly, I will be closing out my account and switching my direct deposit somewhere else.

Purchased a NetSpend card and lost it

On 06/18/ 2023 I purchased a New NetSpend card from 3501 E. 14th st Des Moines IA 50316 I was trying to activate it and ended up dropping it somewhere. I would like to say the time was 5 or 6pm at the time I purchased it for the amount of $300 . But the amount totalled $306.95 the clerk made an error and charged me $6.95 to load the card . It has been lost since the 19th and I would like a replacement card mailed to my House Address is 136 E Douglas Des Moines IA 50313 I have called a few times to get this straightened out and can't come to a solution on verification. So here is a copy of my I.D. with my home address on file. This is the first barcode on the package I purchased the card in . 0767502**** then right next to that number there is another one 435836****546604 then under both of those Numbers there is a barcode and here is the Numbers under the barcode 076750****500043****076154****

NetSpend did refund the $1,499, in fact they refunded $1,519 instead. However, it took over 6 months to resolve the incident.

The US DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY forwarded the refund to Social Security Administration, yet SSA KEPT it. SSA informed me that there was an overpayment that I OWED so they applied the $1,519 towards it. I never received the refund back.

SSA KEPT it. No happy ending.

Their customer service department stole $1,500 out of my checking account online I had with Pathward National Association via NetSpend account. They did that to me during Thanksgiving holiday, 2022. Caused me frostbites, stranded outdoors out of town, starved no food to eat for remainder of month. They like playing games. The women working for them are thieves. Someone name Erika stole it.

Late Direct Deposit

When I fisrt started using netspend for my dd i was getting paid 2 days earlier. For the past couple of months it changed to a day earlier. Okay.... NOW TODAY 12/14/2017 I CHECK MY CARD AND THERE IS NO MONEY. EVERYTHING WENT THROUGH MY EMPLOYERS END AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM CLEARLY CONSIDERING IN OTHER REVIEWS COMMENTS!!!! FIX NETSPEND!!!! US CUSTOMERS PAY FOR YOUR *** SERVICE!!!
