My husband passed away and I am waiting for new MasterCard in my name hopefully I will get tomorrow

My account got haked

After someone hacked my Netflix account, added a user, changed my billing plan and changed phone number on the account, I freaked. Immediately I tried calling. I received a message that said they were too busy and to call back and then disconnected the call. Tried several more times and I got the same. It was midday 3ish maybe. So I contacted them on the chat service. I had much better success that way. My account was returned to the way it was prior to the *** and I was assured I would not be billed for the services that were fraud. He also confirmed he shut down all their services and account. It was easy, and I stopped stressing about it. Very happy with their customer service chat, although the phone service was let down.

Unhappy

I called I spoke to someone about pricing. Ask them if they can do better and they just hung up on me. I called three times same thing happened. Bad customer service try another company.

Can’t watch Netflix

Does not open, it tells me Something went wrong! Reception is bad I guess. If I pay monthly then I should be able to see monthly. And this started yesterday. I was with my family and wanted to gather with them to watch a movie that my friends recommended and I even purchased the rental of Heaven and Earth, and we could not see it!

Because I need to talk to them

When I called the person act like they couldn't hear me so I guess they phone or whatever they need to be fixed and what I'm saying is somebody paid my bill for me and y'all study harassing me like my bill is not paid like I'm trying to figure out how we watching Netflix because my pill was paid through somebody else but not through my card so y'all going to keep harassing me like y'all going to get two payments in one month when y'all really don't want to sharing password with our kids or family that might help us out with the deal y'all know we are in the United States of America and it's very expensive now where we stay at like for instance I stay in Las Vegas it's very expensive here you have to make four times the rent before you move in or you going to lose your section A or you'll be out on the street so these little bills you harassing me for to get paid for $15.49 that's like being so thirsty when you get thirsty when you get paid more times than that you missing a one payment of $15.49 off of my car card when somebody else paid for it it shouldn't be a problem now can you please stop harassing me because somebody else pay my bill with a card my bill is paid as long as it got paid it should be a problem God bless you and have a nice day

Resolved: Netflix kept charging me when I had no streaming account

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Customer service processed a full refund for the last month's charges and the rest I have to dispute with my bank.

I had a netflix acc and it was hacked and my billing information was stolen, the hackers changed my email to theirs and changed the password so I could no longer access the account that had my subscription and billing info. Long story short they had been charging me premium fir months until I noticed. Searched and searched for answers and contact info for netflix and kept gettin redirected to the Spanish netflix website which I couldn't frigging read and I couldn't find contact info for netflix.. UNTIL pissedconsumer! Thanku guys for gettin the pH number so I could contact them and FINALLY rectify the situation and block the hacker from accessing my account and billing info. Netflix refunded the amount for the most recent months payment and the rest has to be disputed with my bank. But I am so so thankful for pissedconsumer, I qas finally able to find the contact details I needed to call Netflix. Thanku guys so much!! Will definitely recommend this website PISSEDCONSUMER! LOVE IT.

Last 6 months I've been charged twice a month for your excellent service. I've been charged my regular rate of $9.99 and in addition a fee of $19.99 for the last 6 months. Ive double checked with my bank and they have reviewed my account and concur with my assessment of the situation. Please reply to resolve the issue.

You deleted teen wolf

i loved the show teen wolf and now i cant find it. why did you delete it from Netflix want to my tv show and put season 3 on there. a lot of people what to see season 3 it was the best part so far.if you don't put it back on there a lot of people will stop watching Netflix and they will find some thing else to watch in steed of Netflix.i loved watching Netflix until i logged on one day and saw that my favorite tv show was gone.i have ben sad ever sense then

I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me: The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are. What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others. For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone. keeps telling me my password is wrong! HELP! I know the password is right!
