Logged in won't allow search at all
Purchased membership, database does not work at all. Meaning, that it brings you to "Teaser Page". Does not allow you to run searches etc. SCAM Do Not USE. (They used to be very reliable now they are not)

Can NOT access, I PAID for a lifetime membership paid almost $700.00 yes i said: (seven hundred dollars)
Few years back I paid almost $700.00 for a lifetime membership. i even paid and still have the lifetime software CD. it will not let me log in. I used it (1) time, then it would Not let me log back in. i tried to get in touch with "NET DETECTIVE" and "DIGITAL PACIFIC CO." both having no luck with either one. DO NOT Waste YOUR MONEY!.

Not able to search for anyone. Can't contact. No gets back via email and phone numbers are not valid.

No login info charged card
They charged my card all of a sudden. Never asked for it. Couldn't contact them to demand return of my funds. Had to log in. They had no record of me. They are a fraudulent company. I want my money back. I do not, nor ever have wanted their services.

Lifetime membership cancelled
Basically i have had the net detective lifetime membership since 2005... And i see that they no longer honor their agreement... After finding that they changed their policies, i would like a refund of my money... Last time i was able to even use the program was 2010...

i had paid for a lifetime access hadnt used it in a long time and when i went to it to use had no access under any email that i could have used. i am not happy something needs to be done. I truly want my account back it was somethng i used a lot before. how can you just offer something someone pays for and then take it away.to me you stole from me. something needs to be done about this. and then when i sent a message i was told they had no record of the emails at all of ever having a membership when i got the membership in 2005. i need it back or my money that is how i feel

Life time Account canceled without my knowledge
I signed up for a life time membership account that would never cancel over 13 years ago. I used the account on and off over the years. I switch computers on many occasions too but at some point I would sign in on the net detective. I remember having problems signing on in on those times. I had to get in touch with the company in order for my account to work again. Again, I have not been on this website in a very long time. I go on today 9/2018 and it wants me to sign up for $1 that would last for 30 days and then the charge would be $29 for each additional month.

The Net Detective I paid for was Net Detective Plus Police edition, and it was a Lifetime edition and had worked for two years without any problems and was good, but now gone.

I had paid for this service in 2006 and paid $49.98 for lifetime membership, and now I can't even get to the website by the address www.advanced.netdetective.net they disappeared a few years ago and I moved a few times but that should not have anything to do with signing in. The last time I signed in was in Sayre PA and they had to let me make a new account because I was having sign in problems. I had used it a few years and the service was good but then they went downhill. I don't know if they were bought out or what, but I paid for a lifetime membership. How many details do I need? My name is Herbert Lubitz and I paid $49.98 and I don't remember the email I signed up with.
