When I first bought my nest camera system I loved it. Some how they went in with google. And it’s not be good ever since.
Im trying to find another system to carry my nest system. So i can change. Im tired of not being able to get help when I have a problem. They dont have a number. Phone number no longer works and when I tried to sign in on their support.google.com/google nest I could not figure out how to get a response to my question. It gave a generic list that did not apply to my question.

No response to my question/concern. No phone number to speak with a live person. I am still waiting for any person to get back to me regarding unauthorized charge on my credit card.

am trying to cancel subscription to video storage of my nest aware doorbell at nest labs . google one provides a phone number that is for nest labs , nest labs recording says number no longer active and to contact google .

Attempted fraud by a third party (Sparrow Computer ) AYS business consultants
I call nest to deal with my nest camera account, and these people answered and scammed me saying they had evidence that my computer had been hacked and my info was on the dark web and I had to deal with this with them. I asked them three time to confirm that they were with nest (I was told yes sir you called us) They scammed me for over $700. As i am going the a family loss of my wife of 48 years and she handle all these accounts. They prayed on me at the worst possible time and scared the *** out of me with their claims.

UNIT failed rep didn't know how to fix AND she did not offer to replace Took a long time putting me on hold several times kept referring to someone else for advice Plus the unit itself did not say anything about not plugging in the USB in the back

I am disappointed that my nest door bell does not work
My nest door bell does not work I will my friends not too buy nest products anymore the sale tell there customers the products are great but in real the products not so good the sale person wants his commission because the sale person has to meet the quotes for the month.
