Ring light broke in half
The piece of the stand the hold the ring light broke in half. The ring light was always tilting since I got it. Not I can use the light because the piece that connect the light to the stand is broke in half. Seem like cheap plaatic.

12 inch ring light
I purchased the first one on12 /7/21 and the phone holder broke.took it back and exchanged on12/10/21 it also broke in the place the springs popped out and the holder also broke into pieces.

Ring knight not working
It only worked for 2 weeks and it stopped working completely. Tired to get a hold of someone in the US but doesnt seem like a working number.

I order this light off amazon, I just set it up and notice one was broke The light don't function at all

Can't locate my order though amazon site but money has been taken for the product I ordered .

Called customer service no answer please email me instructions on assembly of light kit ZC10S or I will have to return to Amazon. Am not happy.

Even though some of your photopgraphy equipment is a litte bit expensive, I been able to afford some tripods and bought the portable studio (the clamps are fragile ironically) and I was so happy about my purchases! That's when I realized my photography business was real and it was only the beginning of a big deal. This is a brand that has a special meaning for me and my small business.
