Shipment 4 days late. Still nothing.Families has been sleeping on floors.DO NOT BUY FRO THEM.

Miserable. Terrible. Lots of apologies but absolutely zero action. Eight calls to customer service. I hope they sleep well tonight. I wont. They wont even cancel my order.

I feel like when I'm online and there's no one to talk to you they leave a lot of information out that is important to customers and I think it would be better if you put your phone number on your web

I made this purchase online and there was no one to talk to you about any questions I might have I just found out that my purchase which is around $1000 is going to be shipped by someone other than the business and that it's probably just gonna be left on my porch and I don't know the day that they're coming and I purchased like that I think should be Set up like a regular furniture store I did they have any one that's telling me when it's gonna be delivered or anything so I don't believe that the person that was talking to me on the phone had any resources or way of making me feel better because I'm upset that I bought something so relatively expensive and didn't really know everything about it i.e. delivery and set up. I think there should be a customer service person to talk to if your online information is not complete including delivery and set up service

Return info on timeline

Customer service has always been pretty great everyone for the most part has been very nice and helpful. I don't exactly like the return policy making you have to wait minimum 30 days in order to return your mattress. I'm extremely sad that there is only one firmness for all of them so if you want soft this isn't the mattress for you but glad to say they are working with me will try the topper so fingers crossed!

Supposed to receive my mattress on Friday, don’t have it

Fed X was to deliver on Friday, they said it was but I do not have it yet I want it or my refund by tomorrow 9 am.

I've been trying to get in contact w company forever to return mattress. The mattress hurts my back so bad and it was expensive for it to be rated a top mattress.dont buy

Great phone call

I called customer service expecting the usual run around. Instead and the woman was very nice resolve the problem Im waiting for the mattress topper to see if it solves the firmness issue. Couldnt have a better experience

Great Value

We researched mattresses and the Nectar is by far priced the Best for a Quality mattress. It's firm Yet soft. We joke and when we lay down on it we often say: sweet, sweet Nectar

You charged me credit card 2 times for my order!

On May 26th I ordered 1 mattress, that came with a sheet set & pillow. You charged my credit card 2 times $869.87 x 2! This is not ok & it is illegal! ORDER # N-1233**** ORDER DATE: MAY 26, 2022 I need me credit card charged back! This is absolutely not ok!

Mattress is too soft. I need a sturdier mattress

Good morning. It took 2 weeks for my nectar premium mattress to get here. After 1 week trying it out, the mattress too soft. How do I return or exchange the bed I bought? It's too soft for back. Thank you.

He help me return my mattresses and I bought two more and a full he was very very helpful he also helped me get a discount I would recommend nectar sleep to anyone

Discuss purchase that was cancelled

I cancelled the order and items were returned to Nectar. Partial refund was sent to Affirm. Remaining balance of $574 still is owed to Affirm. I received no items from Nectar and am not responsible to any payment to Affirm.

Mosdng parts

I was verbally told by Nectar to donate the bed away. I gave it to my mom who lost everything in the wildfire of 2018 in Paradise California. The bed is functional but torn, and damaged. It looked used. I never received a refund. A week later I saw they had sent me an email on the same day I spoke to Nectar about receiving the frame damaged. The email explained how and where to donate to. Too late. I gave it away and I'm not asking for it back. I was happy to help my mom, one of the 32,,000 fire victims. I let Nectar know but never heard back. If I don't get my refund, at least I'm happy mom is no longer on a sleeper sofa. I received my mattress with a large black stain. It looked like it came from someone's boot in a warehouse. I spent $1600 and neither item was like new.Customer
