DOUBLE CHEC AND SAVE ANY COMMUNICATIOBNS
Writing In regard to katienco COMPANY ON NOVEMBER 23, 2019 I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM SINCE. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ON NOVEMBER 24TH . I HAVE SENT MESSAGES VIA THIER EMAIL FORM. I DID Receive ANY COMMUNICATION AFTER SEVERAL Attempts OF WRITING TO THEM AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO COPY OF MY ORDER. HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION. I ORDERED THIS ITEM FROM THEM FOR MY DAUGHTERS 50TH BIRTHDAY WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. I WILL APPRECIATE ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME. THANK YOU.

Constant Phone Calls - 3 IN ONE DAY
i AM RECEIVING DAILY PHONE CALLS FROM NCO FINANCIAL. 6 CALLS IN A 4 DAY PERIOD. THREE OF THOSE CALLS IN ONE DAY. MY LAST CONVERSATION I ADVISED I COULD NOT TAKE CALLS ON MY PHONE DURING WORK HOURS AS I WOULD GET FIRED.

Talked to a representative and asked them to provide proof of my delivery from fedex. Fedex claims they dropped off a package at my door with no signature of me receiving the product.
After asking her to send me proof of my signature for delivery, she told me to contact Fedex. They can't give me proof of delivery with my signature because there is'nt one. She then hung up on me

NCO took over my paypal debt and phoned maybe twice to ask when I can pay..I have never got a solid number for how much I owe.Darn hard to pay when there is no amount due listed anywhere.

I received a bill. On the bill was a website for further information. I tried to go to the website: www.ncofinancial.com, but it isn't working. The computer keeps working to get the website, but it never pops up - on any device. I don't mind paying the bill, but I would like to see the information and also see how the amount I owe is credited once I make a payment.
