I still have not had my software upgraded and I'm forced to use the "Trial Version" even though NCH themselves took my subscription on the 22nd of December which this part of my bank statement shows. please, now that I've given you PROOF OF PURCHASE can I please have...

I have purchased Prizm twice in the last year including yesterday "It's showing on my bank account" and yet I'm being asked to pay for it again. The software is great but about everything else, I'm not so sure. Please sort this out. Thank You You ask me for proof of Purchase "Which I have" but surely your own records will be proof of purchase so, why do you need mine??? It's on my Bank account statement!! Please sort this out so that I can fully use the software that I've paid for Thank You.

Trying to get an answer

A couple years ago I bought a foot pedal and the software to go with it, which is called Express Scribe. The package came with a registration number which I entered. No problem. Well, it's asking me for the registration number again. I don't have the original packaging. I would like to call the company and ask for the registration number. But there's a problem. There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! Oh wait ,there's a "platinum line." But you have to pay, apparently, to get someone on the phone. I have to PAY to get someone on the phone? What kind of business setup is that? So I'm reduced to writing this review, wondering what difference it will make. This is ridiculous.

I just purchase the inline service but dont know how to install it

Plsease i need the serial number to upload the software becuse it was not given to me. If not please I will need a refund. I ask for a refund becuse the software is in valid due the lack of the serial number.

Customer service

I still cannot use the software It says I'm using an unregister version I.did put the keys that you have sent me It registered but when I open up the app it says that using an unregistered version Below it says Buy product or if you have a key.enter it here I do but it keeps saying invalid operations

There is nobody available at your customer phone number. Does not tell me much of your customer service.

I've spent more time calling your phone numbers and answering your questions about info I've already given you, than it should take for you to resolve my problem. If you would read my initial email, you wouldn't be using your time to ask questions that have nothing to do with the problem or you have already been given the info.

I paid for PhotoPad /cannot install/have no seial# or regist#. I tried to contact 19 of your people including Customer Service/no body available. Can't do anything without those numbers and going around and around your unfriendly site I have not been able to get them. It appears you do not have me "paid". I have a receipt from PayPal. If this is too big a problem...just cancel my order and give me my money back... Thanks, Jim

Poor Customer Service

I've been using NCH software for transcription services. It stopped working after 2 years. I have tried to contact customer support with no luck. They will speak with you if you have purchased their Platinum service contract ($65) within 12 months of purchase. Even then, you only get 2, 15-minute chats with a service technician. Trying to contact NCH and Alto Edge (the appear to be one company) is next to impossible. Tried getting refund through Amazon (where I purchased) but they will not help.

ANGRY ABOUT SRVC & SOFTWARE....

I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I WANT A REFUND FROM THIS SOFTWARE FOR THE MONEY LINE THAT I ORDERD THAT I CANNOT EVEN USE BECAUSE I DIDN'T RECIEVE AN EMAIL AND OR A PIN NUMBER TO CONTINUE USING THE SOFTWARE. I HAVE A CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT IN THE AMOUNT OF $40.35 AND $0.40. I NEVER RECIEVED A PIN OR AN EMAIL SO I WANT THIS CHARGE REMOVED. I DID DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE ONTO MY COMPUTER HOWEVER RAN INTO SOME ERRORS THAT I HAD TO REMOVE THE SOFTWARE SEVERAL TIMES AND DOWNLOAD AGAIN. I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT A PERSON CANNOT TALK TO A PERSON ON THE PHONE REGARDING THIS CHARGE... I NEVER GOT AN ORDER OR CONRACT ID SO I CANNOT PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION SO I HOPE THAT YOU WILL HELP ME BECAUSE I CAN'T USE YOUR PRODUCT AND IT'S WORTHLESS TO ME IF I CANNOT USE IT. I CANNOT EVEN CLICK ON THE PISSED CONSUMER TERMS OF SERVICE. I NEED ANSWERS ON THIS ISSUE. IF NOT THEN I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB TO GIVE A TERRIBLE REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY BECAUSE SO FAR YOU ARE NOT DOING GOOD. I HAVE THE CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT HOWEVER NO RECIEPT NO PIN AND NO EMAIL.

Registration Number for Photooad

On June 27 I purchased Pixillon and Photopad One for $53.75 and The other for $40.35 charged to my Visa However when using Photooad it tells me that I am using a Trial version,,can you please give me a registration number Thanks Kai Sorensen am not recieving any Mail with Code!!

Misunderstanding purchase

Good morning, Yesterday I orderend Video Editing the Master Edition Offer may $USD59.95. But after paying with my credit card see a completely different amount that I only saw later. Because the payment system works differently than in Europe. There you have to give approval during the payment. Thee you can see how much is being debited from your account and you give your approval. I wanted to buy the program for the price of $USD59.95 offer may not for the undeclared cost of support together $USD142.66. I find this misleading. Don't use the program at that price. Please refund the amount to my ICS CARD account. warm regards, F. Kruger
