Ordered a dress. Took forever to get here. Didn't fit AT ALL. Neck was too big. Chest was too big. Waist of dress fit but waist of over coat too small. Filled out required return forms. Got approval to return. Sent to address on the mailing label which they tell you to return in original packaging. Never telling you anything about a alternative return address. Sent the dress back. Been following up for months and they stopped returning my.emails. Said the address I shipped to isn't correct and they won't refund my money. Which they apparently do all the time bc they have countless reviews and claims with the BBB stating the same thing. Lesson learned. Out $200 bc I didn't read the reviews 1st. I received the dress I ordered for my Sons wedding after 7 weeks and it came in the wrong color and too tight in the bodice. We instantly got in touch with them saying wrong color. They wanted pictures, we sent pictures.. the return information says send back in original pkg. I had that!..they gave me the option to exchange the dress.. lol, or give partial refund!.. soooo, they are refunding me 20$ on a 220.00$ dress!!! Ugh! Do not buy from this company!! The dresses on the models do not look anything like the product you receive! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Live and learn!!!

Refused to send refund after dress did not fit and was wrong color
I bought a "special occasion" dress for my son's wedding. The dress was supposed to be red but it arrived very pink and very wrinkled. The top did not fit even thought I had taken measurements. The company stalled when I asked for a return and then told me that I had waited too long to return the dress. Bad product, bad service!

Not on time to get a new dress and the dress is too small
The dress did not fit over my breasts. Its was too small. I spent over $175 including shipping cost. It took over 1 month to receive the dress. Consider going elsewhere. They responded at first and stop responding. I dont have a dress to wear for my sons wedding. I ordered in April !

Received the dress. Very poorly made. I've tried for months to resolve this issue. Was finally given an address to return item for refund. The address I was given was in China. The person I was talking to was named "Lucy". Am positive this isn't a person. I mailed the dress to the corporate address listed on website. Package was refused. Will contact credit card I used to fight the charge.

They say they accept returns but when I contacted them to return it because the fit and color were not flattering on me. They encouraged me to accept a partial refund. T
They asked me to accept a partial refund consideri,considering, shipping the dress to them would be expensive and no guarantee if or when they'd receive it. I agreed and said I'd accept a 150.00 or 175.00 refund. The dress was 200.00 plus shipping and handling. They took a while to respond back but when they did they said they'd like to refund me 40.00! I said I'd take 100.00 and nothing less. Then my emails would not go through. I have heard nothing since! I have a 200.00 dress I don't like and will never wear! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! IT IS A RIP OFF ONLY! I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AGAIN!!!

How to get my refund
I received my dress on (2/5/22). I was so DISAPPOINTED! First, it was sent in a plastic bag no bigger than 8x10. Therefore, when I took it out of the plastic it was so wrinkled. Second, it had so many loose threads on it (very poorly made). The sleeves look like it would tear at any given moment. It looked nothing like the picture. It looks very CHEAP. It was a knock off of another company dress. I ordered a size 20W which is a larger size than I wear, it didn’t fit. How can I get a refund? I can’t wear this to my daughter’s wedding. My daughter and I picked this dress out together. She was as disappointed in the dress as I was. She firmly said She does not want me to wear this at her wedding. The only positive thing I can say is her wedding is not until October, and that gives me time to find another dress. I have been trying to get a refund since the day I received the dress. I have sent 12 emails with no response to get a refund . They only response came from Nina; she asked for me to send pictures of the dress, which I sent. Again no mention of how to get my money back. This dress cost me over two hundred dollars.
