No communication from NCB Mznagement
I have a number of debts that I am attempting to resolve. I found out in June that my Elastic account was turned over to NCB Management. I've never heard from NCB in any form of communication. Since June I've contacted NCB about a half dozen times. No one ever answers the phone, just voice mail. I have left messages every time and have yet had anyone return my call. How do I get through to them? Any suggestions anyone?

Stay away from these scam artists
They have been calling me for the past 2 weeks. They have called 5 times and leave a message from Larry Daniels that I owe and debt on an account with a company I have never heard of. I haven't answered any of their calls, or returned their calls, yet they continue to call.

They say they’re collecting on behalf of my previous bank. That bank sent me statements yesterday to confirm they do not use Collectors and especially not NCB.

I’m being scammed
They say they’re collecting on behalf of my old bank and the bank said they do not use collections and certainly not NCB. I just stopped my auto draft bc it’s NOT collecting for my old bank and they’re saying to the credit bureaus “on behalf of “”bank””that’s fraudulent verbiage.

Ncb may not be your true debt collector
Be sure NCB has the right to collect. I won a judgement against them as they claimed I owed them for a debt with a loan company. After doing my research, contacting the loan servicer. They informed me another collection agency had my account and not NCB. They had no connection to the so called debt which was also proved in court I did not owe. Make phone calls and write letters to whom you got the loan from to find out who the real collection agency is that has your debt. Don't assume NCB has your debt to collect just because they say they do. Check your credit report and see if they had reported you in collections. If they have the loan they would not neglet to take advantage of ruining your credit score.

Fraudulent - Scam
They keep calling say we took out a loan w/ Elastic. We don't have a loan w/ Elastic, and there's nothing on our credit report about Elastic. I called Elastic & they have no record of loan with our names on it. NCB keeps calling saying we have to fill out these forms to dispute it, but of course they're asking for SSN's, etc., and they don't provide any documentation about what I'm even disputing. I keep asking them to mail me their position on the matter, and I have yet to receive anything except blank dispute forms. I think they're a scam.

BOB VENTO IS RUDE
This BOB VENTO X 1533 was EXTREAMLY rude!!! My daughter answered my phone for me and he started interrogating her as to who she was and he thought this was my number and he thought it was a cell phone he was calling. That is NONE of his business whomever this person is or whatever this company is! I'm reporting this to the BBB!!!

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS
CALLED VIA MY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TELEPHONE AND MAKING FRIVOLOUS CLAIMS THAT THEY ARE SEEKING TO COLLECT DEBT. PROBLEM #1 - THERE'S NO SUCH PERSON OR PARTY IN MY GENERATIONAL TRACKED BACK TO 978 A.D. AND THEY CONSTANTLY CALL ON THE FEDERAL TELEPHONE NUMBER STATING THEY HAVE PROOF BUT SUPERIMPOSED, WILL NOT SUBMIT. MEANWHILE I HAVE ISSUED A WARRANT FOR THEIR ARREST AND FINES IMPOSED.

Santander sold a debt i owed to these people and to my surprise the collection date was not the 1st deliquent date. I have been disputing this constantly and its declined .who investigated what we dispute apparently no one . I sent in a payment ledger straight from the org debt .i even sent to credit bureau and to ncb .but thy call it fair debt will remain on till next year . I would like to get this off.
