Needed a refund for jerseys that were lost in transit.

Pissed Consumer was amazing in helping me get my jerseys back. i couldn't get a hold of NBA store for week but when i went through pissed consumer i had my full refund back within 24 hours.

Jerseys not in stock when I bought them they said they were in stock.

My order number for these two jerseys is Order# 365-****-**** I ordered 2 Utah Jazz jerseys a month before Christmas for my 2 sons. When ordered, your website said they were in stock. The delivery keeps being delayed. I received an email today that says they will not be here for Christmas. Ive called multiple times and they told me they put a two day expedited shipping on them and that they would be here for Christmas. These jerseys or my sons Christmas presents! I ordered them a month before Christmas! Now they will not have a present to open on Christmas morning I trust at the NBA store. I never will again. I dhould get huge discount on these Christmas presents that will not be here for Christmas. The email I received today said I can get 35% off of a FUTURE order. This discount should be applied to my current two jerseys. If I had known they were out of stock and would not have been here, I would never have ordered them. When I ordered them, it said it was 3 to 4 days to ship. Im usually not want to complain, but I love my sons and this was their Christmas present. Now its too late to order these jerseys from any place else. I dont have a lot of money and so this is their Christmas is they will not be getting. Very disappointed in the NBA store. I would ask that you please make this right somehow. Not just by canceling the order because its too late for me to order them from someplace else now and get them before Christmas. I trusted you. And I trust now that you will do the right thing to try your best to make it up to us somehow. And not on a future order. On this order please. Thank you and I hope YOU and YOUR FAMILY have a good Christmas!

Not getting my items

I ordered 2 items on Nov. 27 for a Christmas present. One of them has not shipped yet and today being December 16. And the other is lost and has been pending acceptance to USPS since December 6th. I cannot get anyone on the phone and the "LIVE CHAT" just keeps asking for my order number which I have from the email and my email address I keep putting them in and it keeps starting over. I also did Twitter and no one responded. I am out 154.97 and need to go buy a different Christmas present. I will never order from the NBA store again
