THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE!!!!!!!

I WAS HUNG UP ON FOUR TIMES. EVERYTIME I WOULD CALL BACK THEY WOULD HANG UP ON ME AGAIN BECAUSE THEY KNEW IT WAS ME. THEY'D HANG UP AND I'D CALL RIGHT BACK. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY WOULD GIVE ME SOME DUMB REASON AS TO WHY I COULDN'T SPEAK TO ONE. I WOULDN'T USE THIS PLACE IF I WAS DYING. KELLY WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE THAT WAS POLITE!!!

Scammers

National Health Enrollment Center is committing crimes on a daily basis. They offer fake health insurance and they take out dozens of spoof numbers so that they can call you multiple times a day on a daily basis from a new number. Im getting calls always from a 716 number in the NY area I have called back about ten of those numbers and the same people answer. I tell them to stop calling. They are relentless.

Fraud

They have now called over 500 times - and will not answer simple questions about who is calling, call back number, website of company etc. They all use the same script. If you ask questions - they get agitated.

today 5/30/23 i pick up my phone he did not introduced his name what he told me that , he saw my name and i dont have respect for health care and im also a foreigner , that the first greeting that i got today, good iwas able to get the phone number so icalled back , they can t even track who called and asked for supervisor theres no available , so i asked the main office location but they said its confidential, their phone number is , 951 417 **** how can you trust this company . pls who ever can read pls check them out first , look at their rating its really very lowo pls d

Telemarketing Harassment

These guys keep calling trying to sell health insurance. I keep telling them to remove me from their call list, but they just keep calling. They used profane language when I asked for their company name and address, and gave fake names when asked. Legit businesses don't do that.

Harassing calls

I get 10-15 calls a day from this center from different states and cities form the east coast to the west coast. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling, 5 minutes later I get another call from them. I have over 200 blocked calls & they still managed to get through. How can I stop them?

I WAS MISLED INTO SIGNING UP

I got a call saying that I needed to enroll because I was about to lose my coverage, so I signed up thinking the old insurance was going to expire, the agent never said I had to cancel my old insurance being he had just told me I was about to lose it he couldn't say that. $983.00 later i realize I'm paying double the insurance, because I am now paying on my old insurance and the new one i just signed up with, so i was misled into believing my old insurance was going to cancel, so I WAS LIED TO. I FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED. Now no one wants to take responsibility AND WHEN I CALL THE SO-CALLED SUPERVISORS THEY LIE TOO, one of them named Jessica told me they had sent my refund check through mail and when i called back 2 weeks later the other so call supervisor was very rude to me and said they never issue refunds, so I WAS LIED TO AGAIN. Can you trust any of these people calling you to sign you up? I DON'T THINK SO. I called and cancelled and i did get a partial refund, but I believe they should give it all back since THEY LIED TO SIGN ME UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE WHAT THEY SAY AS LONG AS THEY MAKE THEIR QUOTA.

I was scammed!

I was scammed by National Health Enrollment Center and their partner in crime, Premier Health Solutions. .My recommendation: Always ask for a legal business name and associated business license information before entering into any agreement to purchase. Do your research!

Checking prices and rep advised he needed a credit card number to keep on file and charged account without permission. They claim to have a refund processing but have NEVER seen the refund! Run-around

Called to get pricing on a insurance plan as I thought i may be losing my state Medicaid. I was told i needed to sign the quote and give my credit card number to have on file. I was then charged over 200.00 for a policy I did not ask for or was ever able to use. This is a total SCAM operation!

they keep calling me 10+ times a day. Then hang up on me when i tell them to stop. If i needed healthcare, which i dont. I would never call them. They should be arrested for the harassment they are giving people.

These "agents", and I use the term loosely, are the worst people in the business

The fast-talking, unpleasant agent we spoke to was pushy and treated us as though we were clueless as to what was being offered. We agreed and within moments - yes moments - we called to cancel the policy. Long story short - it took days, numerous calls and several times, the 'agent' hung up on us. Even when we were assured it was officially cancelled, the individual hung up. After a month, I received a notice from Optimedhealth thanking us for our business along with the withdrawal for premium of the upcoming month. Optimedhealth has no ideal the policy was cancelled - they had not received anything saying so from National Enrollment. I have now filed a formal complaint against National Enrollment Center and the one agent, although anyone we spoke with was equally rude, and wanted all details about our call. I had no difficulty letting him know of the MIA Complaint being filed.

I must say the agent was very friendly but did not follow through, no email with the policy was received in the stipulated timeframe.

They called because I was seeking Insurance. Gave them all the required information, was given verbal details of the policy with an email to follow for me to go over. That e-mail was not sent. All calls are going to voice mail. No mention of" You have reached the National enrollment Center" No policy received. I did what is necessary.

Harassment

Every 2.5 minutes I get a call and explain that I would like to be put on the do not call list....and click! I gave the quote site an incorrect number to begin with and they found my REAL # anyhow. Straight harassment!

Want them to quit calling

I have been getting numerous calls from them daily for months. I've asked to be taken off the list. I've told them that I'm going to die soon, or 15 kids and more on the way. They won't just leave me alone. So I started calling them back. Well, they don't like that. I've been told now that I have a limp d***k, some other very colorful words. Now they are calling me to tell me to go and suck a fat _____. How do you get this to stop?
