Wrongful treatment of an Individual

My land line wrings six times so I pick it up. I was told , again, I had a very important message from National Enterprise systems. To, "stay on the line". Then another recording said, "Some one will be with me about the insurance I requested." I hung up. Am disabled and my sister n law just died violently and I thought it might be very important. I am mad at them. God help us understand. Thank you, Tula Tisa of Niceville,FL

Harassing Phone Calls at Various Places

I filed bankruptcy back in 2013, and had a personal loan that I included in that. It has since been discharged, but National Enterprise Systems will not leave me alone. They call my cell phone constantly, they call my work constantly, they have even went as far as to contact my parents, and I have not lived with them in years. I have provided paperwork proving my bankruptcy and they still keep harassing me and say that I am not able to include their loan in with my bankruptcy. It is not a federally funded loan, so why would I not be able to include it in a bankruptcy? Wish I could find a way to make them back off and leave me alone.

Call several times every day

They have been calling several times a day every day fir months. When I answer they hang up. So today I called them back asking to be taken off their call list. I was asked if I was Larry Obdaheem. I am an old white woman so of course I am not that person. Nor do I know anyone by that name.

Terrorist Jerks

They call every day looking for someone that has the same last name as mine, but does not live with me, never did & has no connection to me. As they instruct, I have pressed the "4" button to indicate that I know nothing about that individual, but they continue to call.... The phone ID shows: Solon, OH 440-519-**** and claims its from the city of Cleveland. I have left messages on their line re their mistake, and that I know nothing, etc, etc, etc.... But the anal-openings continue to call. Maybe Trump will be able to do something to squash these jag-offs. If not, I will be pleased to extinguish them.

Idiots had wrong person.

Ugh. These people. I got a couple voicemails on my cell last night from NES about an outstanding debt. I have no debt, so this was perplexing, but thinking I might have overlooked a bill pertaining to my cancer this year, I called them back. Right off the bat, they want my date of birth and last 4 digits of my social!! I said no way, I have no idea who they are and if they don't have the info I am not about to give it to them! The agent then asked for my address and I did tell her that. She asked if I had recently moved. I said no, I have lived here for 38 years. She then said it was a different person of the same name that they were looking for, someone too young to have lived anywhere for that long. I was told I would be removed from their database. Let's hope they do that. I think these clowns phish around for names. They are probably looking for someone with an unpaid student loan, but what a bunch of amateurs. If you do not want trouble, do NOT give them any of your personal data, do not set up a payment plan. Find out who the creditor is, if any, and deal with those people directly.

Short Review on November 10, 2016

They are very demanding on getting money from me. After i explained clearly i only make $500 a month right now, they kept asking for my account number and how much can i pay today. And why did i let my card overdraft. Just too personal and demanding. Non professional.

Customer Service Attitude

Problem description: National Enterprise System calls me at work every single day, up to 3 times per day on different telephone numbers. I have told them not to contact me here at work and have even given them another contact number. I have had someone called and left a message with my co-worker and they told him they were going to garnish my paycheck and they asked to speak with my manger. They call again the next day and asked if they could get the number to Human Resources so they can set up a Garnishment. I hope someone takes the necessary steps against this company so they will stop harassing me at my work place and sharing personal information with my co-workers. This is a personal matter and should not be shared with the employees on my job. I am willing to be included with a class action law suit against this company. Trust me when I say the calls have been made to my employer daily. This is definintely harassing.

Review in Collection Agencies category from Greenville, South Carolina

Numerous calls to my job requesting personal information over the phone. With the number of scams that occur in this country you would think there would be a better system. They were informed by my employer to not call because it is a hospital policy. The frequency of these calls are putting my job at risk. Have they ever realized to not start off being nasty. They are extremely rude and condescending and shared very personal information with a person on my job who didn't need access to it. Planning to secure any attorney to stop the harassment. Brian needs to get a life!

National Enterprise Systems Debt Collection Review

I initially got a phone call from someone that was very rude. Apparently there was a mistake on my payroll when I left the company. Without notification the company demanded me to pay $300. They told me they don't send out letters first. What company does that??

Be careful

I received a phone call from a restricted number. The guys name was Chris C. He told me I owed a debt from 2007 for a company I wasn't affiliated with at the time. It was a 5 years prior to 2007 I had anything to do with the company. 8 years for them to start collection on a $100.00 debt from a bogus date ...whatever! He wanted me to pay over the phone and I told him no way. That I was going to call the "supposed" company to see why they are showing I owe them money, or if it is even accurate information. I think they either have the wrong person or they are trying their hardest to scam me for money.

Very poor professionalism and napoleon attitude

A manager by the name of Ryan Nestrick came on right away and began to "scold" and "over talk" me, no doubt in hopes to get me so riled up as to hang up on him and make his day easier. I am sure then all the reports of "failure to pay" will bring him and others more monies in the court of law, but he just kept on like an outright ***, yes that is when I came unglued and put his attitude where it belonged. and I did not hang up. They have no clue what situation people are in as this was not my debt buy a family members and he did not have to be an ***, but he was. Over the phone he is Napoleon and I am sure he is in real life as well. A punk
