I did not get my money back!!!!!!

I ordered the Nano Hearing aides on TV. I did not like them so I boxed them up and sent them back. I returned them on July 6th. Never received my money back so I called them and they told me I would NOT get my money back. What a scam!!! I WISH the lady (Gretchen) would have told me if I returned them I would not get my money back as I did not know this!!! Everyone I see I am going to them what kind of company you are!!! Talk To someone higher up

I sent my hearing aid to be repaired and they said they are discontinued so I would have to buy new ones. Im on social security low income cant afford to buy new one so I asked them to send mine back I paid 465.00 and they told me not happening. Thats theft of my property. Scam regarding refund

If I could give them minus 0 thats the rating. After 3 days my husband knew they werent any good and just try for a refund. I followed all their instructions returned in original package took pictures included in the package and perfect condition. Theyve promised a refund for close to 40 days and they dont plan to refund. Its a scam and never do business with this company. Who in their company is writing the good reviews. Scam scam scam.

Poor Quality Hearing Aids, No Refund!

I bought a pair of Nano hearing aids on February 7th, 2023, when I received them, they both produced a loud screeching sound that was very annoying. I called customer service and they sent a replacement set. Again, I experienced the same screeching sound from both hearing aids. I called Nano customer service again and told them I am having the same problem as the first set and that I wanted a refund. They offered me in their words, a much better set of hearing aids that is digital not analog and would eliminate the screeching noise completely. The new set would only cost me an additional $100.00. I should have not trusted them as the pair of "digital" hearing aids looked exactly like the two sets they previously sent me which did not work. When I tried the digital set, the screeching noise was there, but not as pronounced as the other two sets. I called Nano customer service again and returned all three sets, which they made me pay for. A week later I called to find out the status of my refund, they said that there were not going to give me my refund because one hearing aids was missing from the pair. I was shocked, I made sure that each hearing aid holder contained two hearing aids. I complained to no end, so they asked me if I took a picture to prove that. I said no, why would I want to keep one of two hearing aids that did not work. They said that they were not going to give me a refund. It has now been 4 months.

They are running scams when you return the hearing aids claiming damaged merchandise

I rate them( -1 star ). The company is a rip-off for people and especially SENIORS. I read the BBB reviews after being ripped off for 599. I have seen the same complaint I have after returning the hearing aids. They tell you your hearing aids were damaged, and you get no refund ( They got damaged at the warehouse). They stated a 45-day guarantee they would return your money. I returned them on 4/11/23. They received them on 4/17, and they sent an email return ok. I called on 5/12 because I never got my money back. NOW the WAREHOUSE CLAIMS MERCHANDISE DAMAGED. THEY have PICTURES. ? Really Too late; manager FRANK ALVARADO can't do anything. He is part of the scam. LIARS, THE SCAM IS AT THE WAREHOUSE. They are quick to send them out. You don't know if they are damaged or not. When you return them, the claim is destroyed. I saw the same claim from a person on BBB on 1/13/23 when I put in one on 5/12/23. I called Georgia Attorney General's Office to put in my complaint to have them investigated. Vermont Attorney General Sues them. 2023 I called to be a part of that one too. They Must be stopped if you return them, take your pictures because they are liars and scammers I purchased and paid thur affrim I tried to upload they did not accept the files

Returning hearing aids

I'm not able to get them to do anything. Button is too small and can't get it to do what it is supposed to. I just need a refund.

No refund after a month

I have returned the aids to your Las Vegas, Nevada office. They were paid for with debit card you got the money that day. I do NOT want another aid I just want my refund. Thank you I paid with debit card and my card says C, Bruce Helling which should be easy to track.

They steal your money and keep the product

Order #508249 on approximately 1/24 Nano CICs I bought these for my 94 year old mother They did not work for her I calling customer service for a RMA #2487**** I was offered the Nano Sigmas order #522330 instead I was assured by Jake that I would get an additional 45 days to try them out My mother could not get use to them She also started suffering from mini strokes I requested a RMA #2496**** to return the Sigmas I am being told by customer service that I am entitled to only a partial refund of $300.00 dollars They are telling me that the 45 days are being piggy bank to my original order there for I am out of $297.00 dollars I do not have any hearing aids in my possession I was therefore lied to by the agent selling me the upgraded Sigmas Your booklet states that it takes at least 3 weeks to adjust to them Your customer service is ruthless and merciless I am almost 70 years old on SSI and money is hard to come by I am pleading for the rest of my refund Both sets of hearing aids were back in your possession within 30 days of orders placed

Partial Refund

1st pair of hearing aids did not work for my 94 year old mother Starting a return and was sold an upgrade for an additional $300 dollars and was told by customer service that I would start new with a 45 day money back guarantee if not satisfied with the upgraded pair Same results my mother could not get use to them Both pairs were returned within a month Turns out that they piggy banked the 45 days for both sets of hearing aids I am out $297 with no recourse I have no hearing aids in my possession Nano Hearing Aids are taking advantage of senior citizens They keep the return product plus the money Unbelievable Buyer beware

Need info about broken ha

I have 2 sets of your hearing aids cic with batteries {which I like} but he left ear has come apart the other is a cic recharable and the left ear does not have any sound I need heil deciding what to do

REFUND REQUEST DENIED

I returned the complete CIC package with a defective left earpiece which separated at the joint of the earpiece. The defective left earpiece,working right earpierce, charger case, documentation and accessories were all returned in the original box per NANO instructions. NANO acknowledged that they were received at NANO per their RMA. NANO claimed that I am not entitled to any refund because the left earpiece was damaged by me. It was in my possession but only used gently and according to directions. In processing my RMA return NANO stated that they would send me a replacement earpiece for a $79 repair fee but is completely ignoring the fact that all other components were returned in pristine condition. Without the charger etc the earpieces are useless so I have requested a full refund. NANO spends alot of money on advertising but apparently does not care about its customers or honor their warranty. "Its our 100% satisfaction guaranteed promise to you! Try Nano Hearing Aids for 45 days and if youre not fully satisfied, return them for a full refund. And we mean a FULL refund. Call our great agents, any time, day or night. We make is easy." In summary NANO has accepted my return but refuses me a refund, I am out $297 and do not have any hearing aids.
