Lorna Doone cookies
I recently ordered a box of Lorna Doone cookies from Amazon and have already opened three of the packages to find them at least two cookies short in each one. It's a box of 30 packs, each supposed to contain 6 cookies each. I realize that because I ordered from a third-party you cannot refund me the purchase price, but I just thought your company should know to keep tighter controls on the quality control team. Product mishap
Hi. I just opened my 2nd sleeve of ritz crackers from a box of 6, my concern is, i bought plain good ole crackers, and this is the 2nd time when i open the sleeve, i see, what i assume, is peanut butter down the sides of the crackers. Almost like if they were rolled in it. I do have pictures, but i dont know where to upload them to you. My concern is, if anyone is allergic to peanuts, this wouldnt end well. Thank you

I have no problem. My husband and I love Nutter Butters...he suggested that you make one dipped in dark chocolate. Just wanted you to consider it.

I want to buy mallowmars. For an unknown reason nabisco decided not to sell them many months of the year. Even the months they sell them our neighborhood grocery stores run out. The reason I was given is they melt, use refrigerated trucks and stop making excuses.

Ive been trying to reach Nabisco to talk about how salty the new low-fat wheat thins are, but no one ever answers the phone or text or email. This is a major company with extremely poor customer service.

Product? / complaint
I live about 25 miles from the Walmart store I shop at. For that reason alone I want to let you know I dont go back and return my cookies . However the last 3 packs of party size chips ahoy have been horribly stale. Date on current package is 7/ dec/23 . The other 2 were set to expire in October of 2023. However they also were real stale. I think its truly time to find a new chocolate chip cookie because these are pretty nasty. Did you possibly change the recipe? I have been eating these my entire life and have never been disappointed with them until now.

Complaint re: Nabisco Cinnamon Graham Crackers
I have been buying Nabisco Cinnamon Graham Crackers for more than 20 yrs. In the past several years, I've found that the crackers crumble before the package is even opened. At the very least, it's impossible to get a whole cracker out of the package. I like to spread the crackers with peanut butter but it's usually a disaster. I don't know how these crackers get thru quality control. In my opinion, they would not pass an inspection. As a result, I have been purchasing the store brand cinnamon graham crackers & no longer have these issues. I can't imagine that this complaint has not reached your desk already. I love the flavor of your crackers but I don't like eating crumbs.

Let me start with; I love oreo cookies!! However, I'm so disappointed with these birthday cake oreos!! If I baked a cake this awful I'd be out of business before i got started. There isn't even words to describe how absolutely repulsive the filling in these are. I don't know who you have oking your products but this one is definitely a great big NO!!! Product wasn’t what I brought on the package
My Complaint was I purchased Nabisco Cinnamon Graham Crackers & what I had in my package was plain Graham Crackers, iam so upset right now , I have been eating this product since I was about 2 years old now iam a grandmother of 4 grandchildren who also grew up enjoying these Crackers, why would they messed this product like this iam truly disappointed in the New Owners , in order to keep your product, on the selling market you dont chang them by false advertising. What you see on the box isnt what you get inside of the packaging.

First time buying your Oreo Thins thin and crispy sandwich cookies the vanilla flavor and I opened the bag there's like eight cookies missing and in its place there's a big chunk of chocolate something not sure what it is kind of looks like a broken cookie not happy after paying almost $5 for the small package of cookies so get your quality control together please or I won't be buying them again

I just bought a box of Snackwell's New and improved Devils Food Cookies, let me tell you they are awful. They are totally different, they don't have the hard outershell, the taste is not the same, basically you ruined this cookie.

What happened to premium saltines crackers
to whom it may concern: My name is David White, I have 3 degrees, a BM in music from Cincinnati's College Conservatory of music at Cincinnati, a pharmacy degree from Cincinnati and a MS in market research from Wisconsin-Madison. Over the last 15 years, I have purchased 3 boxes of saltines every 2 weeks...but over the last 3 months, the quality has been very poor from crackers that break apart when you touch them to crackers that are so heavy and thick that I just throw them away.
