My card isn't working

I made a purchase and now my card keeps getting declined .. I can load it all I want but can't use any of it . Can't get a hold of customer service or even go to the website bcuz as soon as I enter the card number it comes up as an error hss occured. What the heck is going on with this card .

Can't use my gift card

Can't use my gift card because it's a gift card and there is no address for it and it keeps say it don't match when I try to order something off line and with it being a gift card there is no address so I need to be able to use my gift card

Poor Customer Service

I purchased my vanilla card back in 2019 to purchase items online as I did not want to use my actual banking info. Purchases made and then I misplaced my card. Fast forward 2023, I found my card and it had a balance but when I went to use it vanilla had taken the funds due to non use (theft if you ask me). Then when I called customer service the rep was rude and did not allow you to talk nor did she want to help. NEVER BUY A VANILLA CARD BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

My Vanilla debit card expire on May /23

I can' t reload it again, because the system reject it. And the expiring date is May 30 2023. The other issue is how I can used the 1.72$ it has if the system had blocked it use.?

I’m just waiting for the replacement card to be in my mailbox so I can actually use it for what I want to use it for.

Im just waiting for my new replacement gift card in my mailbox so I can use it for what I want buy. My address is 2240 Golden Oak Ln. space number 65 Merced, CA 95341 and the card was blocked from me using it why I have no idea. So I would really appreciate and I want to thank you for sending me out a new one which I will be receiving to from the vanella company.

Reason for my review is to let you know about this problem with the vanilla gift card first time I’ve ever run into the situation with vanilla gift card and I’ve used many of them but lots of them

Well I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a new vanilla debit gift card not very happy about that because the one that I have now in front of me is on hold and cannot be used so I have to just cut it up and put it in the garbage I paid $50 for it and its useless why it was on hold I have no idea. So now Im on hold myself until I get the new gift card then I can do what I want online with this debit card that Ill be getting with the new one hopefully everything will work out and I wont run into any more trouble . Thank you very much

My card has been declined not used yet???

i have tried to use by card and it was declined. i cannot check on line come up with system error. i have been on hold for over 1 hour i would like this to be resolved i am a pissed customer and that didnt even work... it was a gift and expiration date os 07/30

I need to speak to a customer service representative. Why is that so impossible to do I need to resolve an issue and I need to speak to a customer service person to do that.

A charge to my account by Vanilla card that was not authorized

I was speaking to a representative yesterday who transferred me to another location that was asking if I wanted to join something for four dollars and something cents. I was on a recorded line and I declined the offer but my card was still charged. Can we take that charge off my card?

To dispute a transaction

I am awaiting... Just went to check balance and am unable to do so. I have never been in this situation with a gift card, and I need it. So I am in quite a pickle and have no funds to use, and I would never want to let the gifter know these issues. Still pissed and still without any funds that I thought I was blessed with.

Unauthorized charges in the sum of $238

McDonald's charges hotel charges and TracFone charges adding up to $238 was not done by me or authorized and now leaves me with no money to pay very important bills that had to be paid and no way to get money to pay them which hurts me and my husband and 4 dogs with no other options or anyone to turn to for help

Card will not work

Wanted information that we was not going to be given out when we said no, response was that they arent able to help us. Refused to help with getting the card fixed to be used. Refused to not comply with what we said that we wasnt doing. Didnt fix the problem. Website is still down. Dont know if there is anything that can be done.
