I have been misleading,forced to pay £50 over the phone,disrespectful and unprofessional customer service.

I checked mu booking with the Airlines and yhe response was "you dont have booking with us". Afterwards I contacted Mytrip to give me an update the Agent said " you dont have booking confirmation you have to pay £50 if you want to flight tomorrow. I said to him I got booking confirmation and a booking code sent from the Airlines and Mytrip on Friday 01/09/23,advising if I want to check-in I could do it in the Airlines website,.He forced me continuing saying you WON'T FLIGH TOMORROW IF YOU DONT PAY £50, i Felt quiet intimidatde and scared as he continuing sying"YOU WONT FLIGHT TOMORROW IF YOU DONT PAY. he could say your booking is ok just need to wait until 3.30pm today and do check-in as its 24 hours before flight procedures. HE JUST WANTED MY MONEY AND HE FORCED ME TO PAY.I WOULD LIKE FULL INVESTIGATION AND LITSEN THE RECORDS CONVERSATION. I called back again, no happy about my call said " BE A GOOD WOMAN AND CARRY ON APRECIATE MY HELP" ALSO HE SAID " I ONLY CHARGED YOU £50 NOT 2000. HE WANTED TO CHARGED ME FOR THE SEAT AS WELL, I SAID " NOT IM NOT PAYING FOR THE SEAT I WILL GET THE BOARDING PASS WHEN I CHECK-IN WITH THE AIRLINES. He asked me how much I PAID FOR MY FLIGHT also he mentioned when u paid for your flight it was cheap now increased. WHAT THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME IF I GOT BOOKING CONFIRMATION WHEN I PAID FOR MY FLIGHT. THE AIRLINES SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE THERE WAS NOT PROBLEM WITH MY BOOKING. HE DISRESPECTED ME, IT WAS MISSLEADING AND UNPROFESSIONAL QUEDTIONS AND ACTITUD TOWARD CUSTOMERS AND A WOMAN. IM FEELING VERY STRESSED RIGHT NOW AND NERVOUS.

They Canceled my luggage

I paid for a ticket I did not receive

I tried to make a booking on this site several times and was given an error page after entering payment information. The money was taken out of my account for each time I tried to make the purchase and got the error page. Now the bank tells me that I need to speak with the company to resolve the issue, but there is no customer service number for them anywhere. The bank also does not assure me I will get my money back for bookings I never received.

Abusive commercial practices

When you book a flight with Mytrip.com, you will not be able to access your booking later, meaning that if you want to add any extras later (choose a seat or buy additional luggage), you have to do it through them. The problem? They charge twice the price than doing it directly with the airline. This is absolutely abusive commercial practice, probably hidden somewhere in the T&C's. Disgraceful, never using them again!

I went to airport to check-in found out I purchased ticket for November 14 instead of July 14 as the website was auto generating date from previous cookies, been trying to Contact them to change my ticket as I am stuck in airport

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They sent my confirmation.

I made a booking. Received a confirmation email and airline ticket confirmation but my reservation doesn't exist. Neither does my trip exist on the Mytrip website but the money was taken out of my account. I was scammed.

At the check-in desk i had to pay extra money for a reason of not having check-in before

I bought a ticket from mytrip.com website . My flight was from Prague to Larnaca on the 1st of July. At the airport the lady at the check in desk told me you didnt do check in so you have to pay for it. When i went to pay the guy there told me you bought the tickets from a spam website. They should do the check in for you but they didnt so you have to pay for it if you want to fly. So it wasn't my fault but i had to pay extra 150 euros. I want my money back

Ticket paying dedicted and no confirmation

I booked ticket for my cousin lst night July 2,2023.I payed through credit i had noticed that you been deducted of $1,909.59 and sending email me that wait for confirmation a few minutes to 24 hours and after an hour you sent me message that you cannot process my ticket order and you are not taken any money from card..Can you explain you charge this cost and then no confirmation happen?

No início do mês fiz uma viagem com uma bilhete aéreo comprado no site de vocês, no momento no embarque fui cobrada DUAS vezes por DUAS TAXAS DE EMBARQUES ABSURDAS por parte da empresa aérea que vocês me venderam o bilhete, tento deste então, dia 14/06 entrar em contato com você SEM SUCESSO, chat, ligação, não encontro e-mail, NADA. E eu quero o reembolso do que paguei indevidamente. Estou com o comprovantes de pagamento para enviar à vocês. Aguardo resposta e solução para meu problema. Vocês são a PIOR empresa no quesito atendimento ao publico. It was the first time I bought with MyTrip, and it will definitely be the last. At the beginning of the month I took a trip with an airline ticket purchased on your website, when boarding I was charged TWICE for TWO ABSURD BOARDING FEES by the airline that you sold me the ticket, I've been trying since then, on the 14th/ 06 contacting you WITHOUT SUCCESS, chat, call, email not found, NOTHING. And I want a refund of what I overpaid. I have proof of payment to send to you. I am waiting for a response and solution to my problem. Your are the WORST company in customer service.

Delayed luggage

Dear Sir or Madam, I was on flight Z0741 on Monday (26/06), travelling from Dulles International Airport to London Gatwick (arrival on Tuesday 27/06). The airline is Norse. I booked this flight through you, my order number is MAN2HJ and my booking number is O84MFG or 084MFG. Upon arrival at London Gatwick, several other passengers and I were informed that our luggage had not left the United States. We filled in a form that included our contact details and a description of our missing items. I have still not received any email from the airline updating me on the status of my luggage. It was only upon me reaching out to them that I got a response and login data for a self-service portal to get an update on my luggage status. However, as of this morning, this portal does not recognise the number Norse assigned me anymore and I also have not received a response to the ground handlers Norse passed me on to. I am in touch with two of the other passengers and we are frankly appalled by this total lack of transparency, lack of communication and apparent disinterest on the side of Norse. Furthermore, my suitcase contains several items of immense monetary as well as personal value. I therefore ask you to support me in this matter and also hold Norse accountable. Regarding my flight ticket

Please dont trust on this site this is the fake site and taking people money. They gave me fake flight tickets of Ryan air to travel from Dublin to Luton on 15 of May. I try to do online checking than the website as me 10£ later on I try to do on airport they ask 50£ so immediately I called customer care so they said u can make new flights ticket and we will give u refund and and till now I didnt get new flight ticket money not old one. Please I am doing humble request you people dont go with this travel agent Thank you Chalesh

Because I'm not happy at all with this website

I bought a ticket through my trip booking no. QSULD5 I received e-ticket with the amount I accepted to pay which is 170.99$,,and I have an invoice with that amount,, but I received a deduction of 226.36 $,, so kindly explain that? The solution I want is to refund me the extra money you deduct from my bank account which is 55.37 $

Unable to get a hold of anyone to refund my insurance when flight was cancelled due to their poor false advertising

Paid an extra $100 for flexible ticket which would allow me date changes. I called to change my dates and they tell me its unavailable and to call the airline myself to check other available dates. Decided to check mytrips website for the dates I asked for and it was available all along!! Called them back, new representative says I have to change through airline again and theyd make sure I dont pay extra. Called the airline finally. They say its too late on their end to change. Fine. I added the $100 insurance through mytrip so its not the airlines obligation to me. Called mytrip again!! Finally someone who sounds even remotely helpful. Says his computer is showing errors on his end when trying to change date and offered a refund before I asked. Great. Asked for a confirmation number because at this point I dont trust these *** Rest assured, maam, youll be receiving an email soon. Ok??? But if theres another error, what do I have as proof that Ill be getting a refund?? Your f**kng words?? 3 days later.. Refund confirmation comes in. Thank god. But they didnt refund me my $100 flexible ticket insurance. It wasnt my fault they couldnt change my dates and Im still responsible for the f**nkg insurance that doesnt f**kng work?! Stay the *** away from this company and any possible sister company. Do your research. Lesson learned.

Flight delay and cancelled seating

Dear sir/madam Hello My name is Amir Raz and I am a frequent costumer of your services. Around two months ago at the 13/03/2023 I made an order via your website of a round trip for two passengers to Hong Kong. Order number: M4CJHR. The Order was comprised from 4 flight: Flight TK789 from Tel Aviv to Istanbul (connect via Istanbul) Flight TK70 from Istanbul to Hong Kong Flight TK71 from Hong Kong to Istanbul (connect via Istanbul) Flight TK784 from Istanbul to Tel Aviv As I am accustomed to while setting the order, I added seat reservation and selected seats for all 4 flight and also added your premium support package. For all the above, I paid a sum of 3,490.41 GBP. That payment includes a 472 GBP payment for seat reservation and 41.88 GBP payment for your premium terms which includes flight updates by SMS and check-in service. The first problem arose when our first flight (TK789 from Tel Aviv to Istanbul) got delayed by two hours. At first, at the ticketing stage, we were led to believe that even the flight is delayed we will be able to reach the flight to Hong Kong just in time to board it. Unfortunately, although the plane was still on ground the gate was already closed and we missed the connect flight. I approached The clerk at the Turkish airlines booth to resolve this matter and he stated that the next flight from Istanbul to Hong Kong is in 3 days. We somehow managed to find a light back to Tel-Aviv with Turkish airlines and boarded another flight from Tel Aviv to Hong Kong with KATAI airlines. finally we managed to get Hong Kong with a delay of around 30 hours, we missed a night from our hotel reservation and it wasn't with the TK70 flight we booked with you. Of course this prevented us from receiving the seats we paid for in any of the flights. The second problem was due to an un-explained failure on your behalf to inform the airline on both our flights back from Hong Kong about my seating reservation and shortened Check-in. As we approaches the Turkish airline booth in Hong Kong the clerk stated the MY-TRIP failed to inform the airline that we are eligible to a shortened check in and seating reservation. The clerk even took a picture of the terminal screen stating that we are not eligible. Due to these circumstances we were forced to stand for over two hours in the check-in line and eventually on both of the flight we didn't receive the seats we ordered and paid for. Since its not the first time were having issues regarding your customers service, I would appreciate receiving back all the funds paid for all the services you failed to provide. Which include, 1.Seating reservation for 3 flights: Flight TK70 from Istanbul to Hong Kong Flight TK71 from Hong Kong to Istanbul (connect via Istanbul) Flight TK784 from Istanbul to Tel Aviv 2.The premium fare I paid since no check-in on our flights back was granted. Furtermore, I had a voucher balance on my account from September 2021 of around 700GBP. I tried several time to put this voucher to use. Once in the start of 2022, once in the end of 2022 and once now. That is 3 times I tried to use the voucher you issued and werent able to and I find it very un-reasonable I wasn't able to use it on any of my orders. Due to this unexplained circumstance I demand to receive a refund to my credit card for these funds.
