No tickets!
I ordered tickets and received emails stating I received my tickets and I had not. I still do not have my tickets and trying to reach a customer service live person is impossible. Stressful situation. Do not use this company. Tickets need to be delivered via email immediately upon payment. Check that you are not automatically rerouted to this company when buying tickets.

I purchased James Taylor tickets 2/27/23 but couldnt find them nowhere to be found so I called PayPal since I couldnt get an answer from yall after deciding to go since I was feeling better but couldnt find the tickets! They werent in your records either. Please refund my money 100% as I never received either the refund or tickets.

To save others from being scammed.
I have been scammed out of 600 dollars by this company. Stay away. I will be doing everything necessary to show people who they are, because someone hacked into our account and we cant provide them with an order number they cant help get our money back claiming to have talked with us and when asked for proof they simply said they couldnt do that.

I need my tickets because no one sent my tickets to me
I bought the tickets on Thursday but theres nothing they only sent my recipt payment. Later no one sent my tickets to me. Ticket refund
Tried to call customer service but got a complete run-around and couldn't get through to a live person. I want to cancel my ticket order and get a full refund. My order number is 4142****. The event is 6 months away and should be sufficient time to allow these tickets to be sold again.
