I have not received this item and it was placed almost a month ago and I am not able to track the item because it says it was completed and was supposed to be delivered at the latest on the 18th. There is no number to call for assistance I have sent several text messages and emails trying to touch base with someone as this was a Christmas present for my son and we were excited about it but after this not sure if we will subscribe to getting the monthly boxes

I just bought a mtb elite box from academy and when I opened it there was only seven item unlike the box says a minimum of 9 at least I will send a picture of you like what should I do?

My card was over charged
I was charged on June 1st for my monthly fee of 39.99 and then I was charged again on June 18th for an other 49.00 and now I'm getting charged again on July 1st for 39.99 which caused me to get a 30 dollar overdraft fee cuz I didn't have the money in my account

If it wouldn't have been taking all the money at once instead on a monthly basis I probably would have stayed but to have that money come out at once it's kind of hard
