Unable to access surveys
I have followed this company several times over many years. It was unreliable and non responsive then and now. They do not respond to inquiries and there is no actual contact point or person. They won't allow me to take any surveys anymore. I was in the middle of one when it stopped and a message flashed that my responses were not consistent. That is ridiculous. I'm elderly and have nothing to gain by lying. There are other problems with the site, this is only the most recent and severe example.

Never received my 2 cards
Several months ago probably almost closer to a year. I sent in for two gift cards and it was taken off of my points but I have never received the cards and you can look it up on my account and see what Im talking about..several months ago probably almost closer to a year. Unable to upload receipt
The Magic Receipt program will not upload a receipt. The upload button I'd frozen; even with settings allowing photos. Also, trying to contact the at the MyPoints website is difficult. A screenshot will not load and the process button is frozen I am able to load at other websites and both receive popup screenshots and send information at other apps which have a send button.

Tried to entertain. Any receipt. And it wont allow. Even though it says any receipt at top of page. Cant reach anyone to help me or tell me why this seems to have just recently started doing this

Make money watching videos I don't see it
I go on Google Chrome looking for watching videos to make money and my points always pops up as one of the apps that can do it I have the app or at least the website but I don't see it I don't even see it in the inbox dollar app and I have that too

Have been on my points for over 20 years. This is first time have not received gift card when turned in points. What is going on, my points? Please return my points if you are not sending the gift card.
