Promotion overkill.

About 3 weeks ago, I purchased two sets of Giza sheets. That is all I need. Period. Over the past few weeks, I have e received well over 100 emails. When I tap "unsubscribe: on one email, I expect you to unsubscribe everything to my email address, not just the one message. Fine product, taunting and irritating follow up. Okay, done venting. Please stop the harassment.

Wonderful customer service

I was so happy to order 2 queen sets of percale sheets. I love how crisp they feel. Unfortunately, after a few washes, the corner on the red sheet ripped. I ordered the correct size. I do love these sheets so I dont want to return them. Can you send a replacement fitted sheet ? I ordered them on 4/28/23 and paid 89.83. I cant find the order number, can you use my email address? Oh, I didnt realize that Im on the pissed consumer site. I definitely am not pissed because I am sure Mr. Lindell will stand behind his products.Within an hour I received a call from Brad in customer service. He said no problem . The new set of sheets will be sent out . Thank you!

Never received the product had to call company to resolve the problem and they were very responsive awaiting the new one Thank you

I ordered a pillow topper (order #2368****) which was shipped via FedEx # 780777****67. The package was delivered to the wrong address. Photo sent by FedEx confirmed that. FedEx has been no help. A phone call to My Pillow was made and they were immediately responsive and helpful. A new order was created for me at no cost (new order #2374****) with a signature required put onto the order for FedEX. I am now waiting for a shipping # from My Pillow...PLEASE SEND!

Poor quality sheets

The sheets are not a good quality. I expected the sheets to be wrinkle free, but these are always wrinkled, and they are not particularly comfortable. We are very disappointed!

Where my orders delivered yet?

YOU WILL NEVER FIND A MORE HONEST BUSINESS AND FOUNDER IN MIKE LIDDELL!! SO OFTEN HE IS ATTACKED BY VERY IGNORANT PEOPLE WHO REFUSE TO LEARN, AND APOLOGIZE!! To “undo” a post made by mistake!

I thought I was contacting MyPillow regarding a problem with an order. Unbeknownst to me, I was actually posting on pissedconsumer.com. That WAS NOT my intent! MyPillow went above and beyond in resolving my issue! THANK YOU Carrie, from MyPillow, for making my heart smile out loud with your phenomenal customer service! I DEEPLY REGRET posting on this site! I LOVE MyPillow and can count on them for GREAT customer service! Their products are wonderful!

Towels

i ordered 2 towel sets i love them but i got a blue one and a cardinal one. the cardinal one bleeds it color and has to be washed all alone. I wash a few other things with them and they were full of red fuz. is there some way i can stablelize the color.

So disappointed

I had the old Mike pillows for several years and was quite happy with them. With all the hype around my pillow 2, I decided to order two of them. The first pones that they sent were so soft that I returned them and got the next firmness level. These pillows are total garbage. There nothing like the original pillows. I don't know what they've changed with the stuffing, but they really are not holding their shape and just plain stink! I tried to get them to exchange them for the original ones but it was such a hassle. They wanted me to first return the my pillow2's before they would ship me anything. Terrible customer support. Will never buy another product from them.

Premature slipper sole failure

My wife and I have been loyal customers of My Pillow for decades having enjoyed both pillows and sheets of many types. We are also loyal customers of LL Bean primarily for jackets and also their lovely but expensive slippers. We had continual issues with their interior fuzzy liners prematurely wearing out in the heel area after less than one year of use. As such, we decided to try My Pillow slippers in November 2021. After one year I can tell you with absolute certainty that they build a much better slipper on the interior. No premature wear anywhere on the inside. However, unlike all my five worn pairs of LL Bean slippers, the soles of their slippers have prematurely failed. This is puzzling since their ads show multiple layers of sole material. We expected much more sole life given that NONE of our multiple pairs of LL Bean slippers have worn-out or failed. We would like to continue our loyalty to My Pillow but this incident is giving us second thoughts. Dates photos are attached

My Pillow does not make their mistakes right

I have never been more disappointed in a company or customer service. I ordered a mattress and foundation from My Pillow. We received the foundation in defective condition. First of all, the parts were not contained and were all over the box and several were missing. Secondly, It did not fit together right, even after watching their video. We decided to rigged it so we could go ahead and use it since I didn't have a bed, having already sold mine. When we attempted to put the slats on, they were about 1 inch too wide for the foundation and 5 inches to short lengthwise (the slats were encased in material). I called their customer service and was asked to send pictures, which I did. They sent an email telling me I could donate the topper, which is not the problem. I called them and spent several minutes waiting, just to be told that they would send a new foundation out. We are in our 70's and live in a townhouse which has 3 floors and FedEx delivered to our garage. We had already carried the box up and were not interested in doing that again. We asked for a refund and they could come get the other one if they so desired. This was their solution: Feel free to donate it to a charity and get a receipt to send to them before sending a refund. I asked: Why would I take all that part, carry it down three floors, rent a truck and take it to a charity for their opportunity to deal with a defective platform foundation, which they will just have to dispose of? The answer: That is what Mike wants and they will take it. That is just ridiculous. My Pillow claims to have the best customer service on earth, yet they don't listen nor understand what the customer is needing when it was their fault the problem existed in the first place. We have given up and have held the foundation together the best we could with braces and our own screws (many were missing from them), cut the slats down to fit the bed and have placed the mattress. This truly is ridiculous and so uncaring by this company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, ever. These are the kind of people that make Christians look bad to the world. My Pillow, you should be ashamed of the way we have been treated.

The owner is a liar

I get tired of hearing this guy lying about getting shafted by the stores that won't carry his products. His products are way overpriced AND that is why the stores stopped carrying them (in my opinion). Add to that the phony discounts he offers in his commercials! He inflates the cost to double (or more) what the original price was in the stores...which were way too high anyway! Wearing a very visible cross and closing the commercial with GOD BLESS YOU do not make a person necessarily make a person honest!!

Buyer Beware - Mattress Topper

I have to say, buyer beware. I ordered the mattress topper and it arrived with a tear. The same day it arrived I sent customer service a photo, and also showed where part of the topper had been glued. Who ever shipped it knew there was a problem. The topper is vacuum sealed and I could not imagine getting it back into the box. The resolution from customer service was to donate it to Salvation Army or Goodwill, get a receipt and they would send a new one. My problem is that I live in a small town in Colorado. We only have Habitat for Humanity and they do not accept soft bedding donations. The closest Goodwill/Salvation Army is a 2 hour drive each way. Their solution to this was for me to ship it back at my expense. They also said I could cut it up into small pieces to ship it back at my expense. Long story short is we settled for a 20% refund. You need to be aware that if you get a defective topper, it will become your problem. I have their pillows and now the topper which is usable and comfortable, but I am not sure how long it will last with the tear. Very poor quality control and totally unsatisfactory customer service. It is unimaginable that they would send out a product with a defect that they tried to glue back and make it the problem of the customer.

The National Sleep Foundation who supposedly recommends the My Pillow is a fraud.

The advertisements for the My Pillow claim it is the number one pillow recommended by the National Sleep Foundation. Of course it is. The only products recommended by the National Sleep Foundation are the My Pillow products and that is because the National Sleep Foundation was founded by the My Pillow company for the purpose of being able to engage in what many would call false advertising. Why would anyone pay over $100.00 for a pillow sight unseen when you can purchase the best pillows on the market from Wall Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond for under $25.00? Furthermore, the head of the My Pillow company claims to be a "sleep expert". Really? Where did he obtain his "degree"?
