Horrendous
Horrendous. Waited over 2 months with nothing to show from it, kept telling me to wait 5 more days each time I emailed. This was ordered the end of last year so it would arrive in time for my twin sisters 30th birthday in January which they ruined and my twin got nothing from me and still has had nothing from me thanks to this horrendous joke of a company. Kept refusing to refund me. This company shouldnt even be allowed to run treating its customers this way.

Order was apparently shipped on 16th November. Has not arrived, reprint is apparently on its way but have now been informed that these are shipped from Germany NOT Australia as advertised. Do not believe a refund or print will turn up. Have made a complaint to the ACCC

Non communication and order not received
I have been trying to find out why my order placed over 5 weeks ago still hasn't arrived. I get an automated generic response. I'm told it's postage delays when someone can be bothered to answer. If anyone wants to use My Picture, do yourself a favour and use the UK online store, they actually produce your order and ship to Australia in an acceptable time frame and keep you informed.

Ordered a picture puzzle which was sent on the 16th of November and still havent received. Emails back and forth asking to wait another 2 days. Is this company a legit or is it the shipping delays causing the delay as I have just found out its a German company.

Absolutely disgraceful company no goods received asking for a refund and all you get is the run around. Do not order fromthis company using a Australian email but in Germany it's a big scam.
No goods received, you just get the run around from them dishonest company scammers. Not in Australia even though they are using a Australian email goods come Germany if your lucky.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, item apparently in transit and no tracking available. Second item ordered 3 weeks ago hasnt even been produced. Will seek funds via visa as i dont believe they will arrive - all christmas presents.

Hi Team, I placed an order yesterday about 1pm Australian time (Qld) that I have been charged through PayPal prior to completing personal information and address information. attached are photos of the time of order etc, but I would like a refund as soon as possible as everyone I went to submit the order it was requesting payment details again. this morning it had reloaded to this page (image 4)and it doesn't provide any other details of what it hours I am to proceed. Regarding late product
The product I ordered took more than week and also the company said it will be delivered, however, it never did. Still have not got the product which was supposed to delivered before yesterday. Very bad service and not reliable.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. My items finally arrived today I'm very happy with the outcome I will however shop within the state but overall just relieved to have my items ty.

It's been almost 3weeks no correspondence their email addy is non existent their phone number is wrong just like the company itself !! I don't believe the good reviews regarding this company are legit as most are copycats of each other's post .delivery is definitely not fast or dispatched the same day if I had of known that this was a foreign company I would not have ordered as I believed this was Australian based I'm so angered by the fraudulent ways of this company by that I mean money was taken and no items received and probably never will get my money back So annoyed
