Shocked - This explains alot
I was with MPS back when times were amazing (2013) and I was my own business owner and able to recruit operators to become a part of my business. It was an amazing time. I was super busy with customers, having fun and getting paid, on time with the right amount of what I'd made during my calls. It was easy to use as a business owner outside of being lucrative and fun. Fast forward to the last days (2017) and I was having trouble logging on, I'm owed 35 dollars, I didn't stress it, because it was 35 dollars. My rep Sam was suddenly gone and then my account was deactivated with no notice. Then suddenly, I receive a lengthy email from a man named Cliff about Sam leaving due to being sick and how death threats will not be tolerated over money lost, and advising people not to believe the rumors about them being at risk for shut down. Well as a professional marketing rep with legitimate positions in the marketing field I knew that was the first sign of disaster. Just recently I looked to see if they were in business and they were so I signed up to begin my career again in PSO work. I hadn't heard back from them at all. And now I know why. They are in fact, shut down. I strongly believe that perhaps they couldn't mesh with the demand as time progressed. It was a wonderful site for people such as myself to build a business with and if you're anything like me - driven, you were growing fast; and perhaps they couldn't keep up. From the looks of other reviews Samantha appears to have been the only one handling the bulk of the demand. I hope that eventually those such as myself can find a place to start up our businesses again.

Administrative dissolution is the taking away of the rights, powers, and authority of a domestic corporation, LLC or other statutory business entity, by the state administrator overseeing business entities, due to the entity's failure to comply with certain obligations of the business entity statute. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS. This happened in March, they still are up and running. Can someone please tell us what happened with this ??? I am extremely concerned at this point, I know good friends who still are working there or at least believe they are. They seem to be trying to get the site back up on its feet. But this concerns me. Something happened in March, what happened? Does anyone else know or have any idea? I wonder if anyone else has even noticed any of this yet. I just happened to run across all this on another site for complaints and read all the way to the bottom, to make sure I didn't miss anything. Any input on this would be appreciated, this certainly does look to me as if they are going out of business or have been taken over by the state.

Practically begging to be noticed as a rip off site.
This site is practically bragging about being a rip off site. First, there is no mention of pricing or to contact them for pricing. They also advertise a free site, everything free. Can you say, "Too good to be true?" Of course, they did not answer my email. Totally shady. Run! Also they advertise you will have a website yet there are not pictures of the websites, there are no templates to choose from. Just a one sentence description letting you know that is how it works. The how it works section is so vague. There are no pricing packages or FAQ page. This site looks like someone from the mafia was fooling around one day and decided to create a webpage. It wreaks scam!

MPS still scamming
now theres a guy going by the name Cliff. Im sure he's partnered up with Samantha. Same story. He's reactivating accounts so PSO's can take calls and then you get 1000 excuses about not being paid. Its always tomorrow or the bank is processing it. Im still waiting for less than $50 and its been 3 weeks. He had the nerve to email me because I contacted my customers and told referred them to Talktome.com and warned them the I was not being paid. He even had the nerve to request I contact them and let them tell them the issue has been resolved before ive been paid. They are still up to their old tricks. Scamming

Mps fraud and verifiable legal info
Lol is how I will respond. For one thing mps doesn't have a lawyer. Second is, we pso's on the mps site r independent contractors which we can legally reroute our customers that we did the calls for that I have copied formats for legally this makes them my customers just on their platform and I legally have that right to do so no matter what the so called personal NON BINDING CONTRACT says. Ur just mad because I'm letting people know the actual truth that the pso agreement IS NOT LEGAL. Ask any lawyer in this area they will explain. I encourage u to send ur lawyers on me as u said. I haven't received the first call or certified court letter. Also just so all of u pso's know that when they say and make u sign that agreement that if u breach this so called agreement that they have the right to terminate us and keep our funds, well that too is a lie and is not legal as well. Even if u signed this which most of us do. It is NNOT LEGAL because it LEGALLY HAS TO BE A HAND TO HAND TRANSACTION ONLY. Which means us as pso's have to give to them. They CANNOT take it and terminate u. YES, they can terminate u for no reason, but what they CAN NOT DO is take what is rightfully yes. Make sure whatever is owed u make copied to format as I did and they can't touch u. As they can't with me either because I know my law. By the way I am that one they r talking about coming after, but they legally can't and they know this lol. They r just blowing smoke up everyone's butts trying to look smart when they aren't and dont know the first thing about law. I am a caller, customer
I loved the site and right now there is not a single person taking calls. Most of my favorites are no longer available and even when I pick to connect to a random operator I get a reply that nobody is available and to try again later. I was able to get a answer 4 days ago and got off real good but today she is not on available. Is there a similar company you recommend so I can continue to enjoy making calls? I was a regular caller and loved the no taboo option. I would often call 4-10 times a week to release stress and live a fantasy outside of my boring lifestyle. Help.

I got hired as a web owner after working for them 3 years after i made about 2,000 to pay my bills they shut my account down stole all my pictures i bought and left me *** up but i did email them and ask them to please pay me my money i am here to round up together with the other girls, operators web-owner and file a counter law suit against Samantha and cliff which Samantha name is Ada they are running under a lot of sited I believe Gary had nothing to do with it he just created the site and Samantha sabotage it i blame her and cliff not gray my dad is a lawyer and my uncle works for the CIA so they are being investigated so if i was you p please contact me so we can get this company out of the internet thanks you can call me any time to discuss this matter 1 86* 286 ****....oh and one morething please look up mpsplatform.com so what they did on this site is they took all the girls out

MyPhoneSite (MPS) owes SO MANY PEOPLE MONEY!
MyPhoneSite owes me money, along with plenty of other girls. The site used to be owned by Gary Hickman but he sold it to ADA WETHINGTON (who goes by the alias, "Samantha") a couple of years ago. The corporation name she uses to run MPS is MFT Services, LLC. After the sale of MPS was final, Samantha never changed any of the information on the MyPhoneSite website to show who now owns it. It still says it's owned by My Phone Site, LLC in Knoxville, TN but THAT IS NOT ACCURATE! I think the reason she hasn't changed it is so no one can find her to sue her! They made up an excuse to shut down the site for a month as a way of not paying us. Any monies that were already in the system to be paid became "frozen." They lied and told us that any money made moving forward would be paid on the usual weekly schedule. That didn't happen. So they owe me two paychecks, the one that was tied up when they "froze" everyone's account and the subsequent one. They USED to answer emails without any issues. Once you start emailing/calling/texting asking where your pay is, that's when they stop responding. I have literally emailed/texted/called them probably 50 times in the last two months. They have just stopped communicating altogether. And once you start asking where your money is, they lock you out of the website so you can't go in to take out your personal information or do screenshots of the invoices that they still owe you on. Luckily, I had a feeling about this and screenshot the two invoices that they still owe me on before they locked me out for the second time. The owner, Ada ("Samantha") has her husband "Cliff" also on board. (BTW, I don't think they're married. There are no records showing this. Again, I think it's another lie.) The "story" they've been telling everyone is that Samantha is sick and in the hospital... as if that's any reason not to pay your contractors! That story has been going on for months. Since neither Samantha or Cliff have the balls to call and let me know where my pay is, they had this crazy woman call me. She left two voicemails cursing me out... telling me I wasn't going to get paid... and then telling me she was going to use the same model that I used to use on MPS and that I use on Niteflirt and she was going to start posting her pics everywhere and start taking calls as her. That's how crazy these people are! I think that lady is Samantha's mother (who is also a part of this circus). She's the one who originally helped Samantha with the money to start another phone sex business (MS Productions) and to help buy MyPhoneSite. It was definitely a much older woman on the phone, so I think it was her. They have the nerve STILL be posting hiring ads for their site! I just hope operators are smart enough to research a company before starting to work for them! Stay far, far away from MyPhoneSite.com.

Anyone need a great lawyer that worked at MPS?
I have hired a lawyer in regards to the money they MPS owes me. If u would like to add to this case then hit me up and i will get all the information and put u in touch with my lawyer. His name is Michael and he is in Atlanta georgia. He has found out some very interesting details about MPS that needs to be made aware of. One detail is that if a customer declines to pay they r insured and legally have to pay us as well as since we r independent contractors we have the right to see and get a copy of the so called charge backs. They by law have to pay us. Also, the so called agreement they had some girls sign about they have the right to keep our money if .... Well they dont. That has to be a hand to hand transaction, and if they do its a felony of theft by deception.

Locked Out
I had money owed to me, and all of a sudden one day I could no longer log in.. this is happening regularly to girls who are still there.. stay away, they are scam artists. Recently they came up with a grandioso excuse why girls would have to wait 30 days to get another payout, 30 days came and went, then more lock outs. One girl recently emailed another girl advising her not to log in anymore until she got paid, then bam, she was locked out. They told her that was against the law. ??? They send out emails telling girls that Samantha the owner is very sick and thats why no communication...and that her husband Cliff will be taking over and to reach him at bla bla with any concerns.. then HE doesnt respond to anyone and starts locking people out!

I am highly pissed off because I had over $100 They owed me and the new owner Cliff hasn't returned any calls or emails. I have been a talker on the site with over 62 characters and they stole all characters in one day and took all my money then another talker informed me that their company was under federal government investigation for fraud and the site will be down for one month but they never emailed me once in regards to this. My old characters on my phone site was Marnie, Kelly, and many others.
