Need help for bill

I am ordered one product mistakenly I gave my number wrongly delivery man didn't give the product to so delivery failed I canceled my order only request only sent not yet cancellation request not accepted ply accept my request and cancel my order and re fund me pls

Duplicate and damage and old product recive

Product quality is not good

Quality is not good and it is not suits on me So that i want to return it .. As i applied exchange only coupon so i am unable to return it. That time i was not aware about this coupon Now i just want to return and refund Please do needful asap

My order wrogn men black solid slim fit joggers with printed side stripe. Size - L This is order damage. We have to return it. Your delivery boy says that without stickers not return this product please help me return this product. Pickup boy not accepting this product.

I Have Contacted Customer Care Of Mytra Five Times Since 22/5/23 When I Took Delivery, But Every Time I Am Told The Matter Will Be Resolved Within 3 Working Days. I Never Got Any Call Or Mail Or Message In Response

I Bought A Pair Of HRX-Shoes From ' Myntra ' With COD Payment Terms And Paid Rs. 2409-00. There Is Problem In Fitting Of The Shoe, Probably There Is Faulty Cutting In The Upper Of Right Side Shoe.After I found The Fault, I Tried To Return The Shoe But The App Was Not Showing The Delivered Status. It Was Showing Order Cancelled. I Called The Customer Care And Reported The Matter. They Asked Me To Send The Images Of Bill, Product, Bar Code etc Which I Did. I Kept On Waiting But No Action Has Been Taken. Since Then I Have Called Customer Care Of Myntra 4-5 Times And Made Complaint And Requested To Arrange To Get Me Returned The Product But No Action Has Been Taken. I Am Very Much Disappointed. This Was My First Purchase From Myntra And I Regret I Did. Either They Do Not Have Technical Khow-How To Change The Order Status Or The Do Not Want To Help The Customer. The Product Is Lying With Me As Was Recieved, And Is Not At All Useful To Me. Kindly Help.

Being Harassed and concern not being addressed properly

I ordered a black pair of Jeggings by Sassafaras size 42, but I received a peach colored pair of jeggings size XS on 27th April, 2023. I called the customer service the next day and explained the guy that the invoice and product received are different, that fellow did not mention anything about the invoice in the concern that was raised. I attached the images of the product received and of the invoice to the concern raised, but got this reply that the right product was sent. Spoke to some senior level staff today and that man also kept on rambling the same stuff that the right product was sent. What kind of con factory is being run by Myntra? So are people implying that I changed the product before it was delivered and raised the issue? Do you really think that people have that much time to waste? Now that man has asked me to wait till 5th of May. What nonsense is this? No satisfactory reply has been given to me. I got no explanation to why the person who addressed my query could not see the clear difference between the product ordered and product received? I am extremely disappointed and need immediate response to my concern. This is legit illegal and sheer mental and financial harassment.
