Cannot get logged in
I would like some information of how to get back in instead of this where I dont get logged back in and no ones there to help

All my info and recipe's disappeared
One day all my info disappeared so I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it wont let me in and stops me when I get to my email entry

Cancel my fitness program
I occasionally used fitness pal but canceled premium because I don't use it. I won't use it again ever. Deleted app. I want money refunded that you are taking out of my bank account today. I look up customer service and get a number sent to my email call the number but is not a working number. Really don't think pissed off customer is a great way to do business either.

I am a premium member and it dropped my account
I have been a member of my fitness pal for many many years and every so many months it would make me change my password recently I found I couldnt do all the things I wanted to on my fitness pal unless I became a premium member so I did join for 79.99 in April all was well until today when it just went screwy and I had to change passwords emails and then it wouldnt take anything nothing Ive lost everything I cant get a live person to talk to. This is ridiculous.

Phone disconnected
Cant access my account. My phone suddenly stopped letting my access my plan that I paid a year for. Very frustrated trying to get this resolved. Its been months. Id like to use the app

Cannot access current account, brings me up to previous account
Cannot get a hold of anybody to resolve my issue. I cannot log into my current account. It keeps bringing up my previous account information even though Im putting in my current email and current password. This is very frustrating and all you get back is an automated email with the same response every time you submit a problem, very frustrating !!!

Refund subscription
I took subscription with lots of expectations but none of them met The app interface is much normal there's no thing like wow. Actually what happened is i wanna try trail pack, the team of fitnesspal shows their over intelligence in the interface They're giving trail on autopay of a year subscription and there's also a monthly subscription below that i selected monthly subscription but the above matter was same like trail one. I got cheater my 620 rs are gone I want refund now today itself I'm a student i don't have enough money either that money is sent by my parents for my medicine I'm not writing that for sympathy but that's true. I don't need your sympathy just refund my money today itself

Want to get a refund on a membership.
This app doesn't meet my expectations Which has normal interface and this doesn't help me in my calorie counting in a accurate way. I took subscription with lots of expectations It also doesn't shows the accurate fat protein and other nutrients And in the settings the subscription plan doesn't work Very disappointed So, i want to cancel membership
