Money was taken from acct
I signed up for the 6 month plan for $66.00. It said I had a network problem so I got nothing for the plan but the money was taken from my checking acct. How will this be fixed? The email that I submitted when ordering is wrong also. Please contact me. Thanks Cheri

REQUESTING REFUNDS AND CANCELLING
I noticed 2 charges on my credit card. I did not authorize this charge. Please cancel and refund $40.00 each. I will also contact my credit card company for a reversal of these charges.

My A1C was high. I though this could help me. I applied, it was a diet plan. I wasn’t interested. Read reviews they were horrible. Co sent me app I didn’t open it..
They do not return my money. I read there reviews they were awful. I deleted app w/o opening the app. They are a terrible company. My bank tried to get my money back. They ere a terrible company to deal with. I lost 39.00 I would not want that to happen to anyone therefore I let people know that they were not a good company to do business with.

I signed up fir this app about 4 months ago. I have NEVER used it. I do NOT want to receive any further charges and definitely do NOT want to renew. please send an email confirming this cancellation. Thanks.

I saw ad while on internet, I am borderline diabetic. I subscribed to site not knowing it was an App they sent. I read reviews before opening app most were negativel. I decided to cancel asap w/o opening app.I contacted bank was told I had to wait until it posted.Bank disputed it they refuse to refund money money wait form

Charging my account
I cancelled immediately after my purchase, thought it was all done. Today. 7.26.21 my account has been charged again!! Very hard to get in touch with anyone. DO NOT Buy this product or give them any information!

Cancel membership
I decided right after I signed up to this that I didn't want it. I immediately canceled my membership but you still charged me and haven't issued me a refund as of this writing. Please refund $67.00 back to my Credit Card. You can keep the Foreign Transaction Fees of .02 cents and $1.34 even though the web site says nothing about charging Frgn Trans Fees, only the $1.00 charge. REFUND THE $67.00 IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! I have never been able to use it since the day I purchased the plan. I see that $52.00 was taken out of my credit card. Please cancel this plan.
