Ups have messed me around with delivery it's a 50th anniversary gift but they are now away as didn't deliver on time now it will have to be 3rd July but won't change delivery date as it has to come from you xxxxxrec

Non delivery of picture
I was notified by UPS that my parcel would be delivered between 1.30 and 3.30 on 20 April. Parcel did not arrive and I just get message parcel in transit. I also cant get in touch with My Picture. I have a suspicion that my parcel has been lost

Yes my order has still not arrived and it also wasn't giving me the option to add the free canvas to my order which I'm very annoyed about if I'm honest, 1 being it wasn't here in time for birthday present and 2 wasn't giving me my free item

Ordered only said payment was declined so ordered again and both payments have went through would like a refund or cancel one of the orders

Had a few canvases made with them & generally happy with the results
I had a problem with one of the pictures & could not contact my picture by email on there own website, I made contact eventually through pissed consumer they made contact with the company & then the company contacted me.They have offered me another free picture to replace the Unsatisfactory one .so all good now

Not happy with one of the 3 canvases I have ordered
I expected the picture I uploaded to be stretched around the frame to not show the photographers name and a black line down the side. Why was this picture accepted in the format that was uploaded. Its the 40 x 40 picture that Im not happy with.

Unhappy with picture as head cut off one person
My print is very nice apart from the whole picture not on canvas and top of head cut off one person which was not the case on the one i unloaded to you. Thanks

I have waited 3 weeks for my order. I can't get in touch with company , says my order number isn't working when I try to track it. Not sure if this is a legitimate company or a scam ?

Order UKA399******** Canvas and cushion received but no hanging kit which I ordered and paid for and not listed on Commercial Invoice UK133990****327. Can I please have my hanging kit or a refund please.
