Hi, I was writing to you for a problem: I've received a debit for a subscription on your site of 22,75 but I never did any kind of it, I just used an your service but I didn't made any kind of subscription. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I would have a full refund and i case delete my subscription.

In 15 of March,I applied for cv and take money from my account 2.20 £. Yesterday,I check my bank account and I see that you take again 16.95 £. I want to know why,because I didn't accept to pay for cv a year. Why you take money if someone not accept?

I recently used your app, for a resume. I paid for what I purchased. I just want to cancel my subscription, which I thought I did. I have no need for a service I will not be using. Total scamming people out of money.
Paid 3.99 for a very basic CV template consisting of 1 A4 page. Was advised after initial payment a further 39 was to charged to my bank card monthly until I unsubscribe. Total scam

I signed up for a 14-day trial of £2.95 which turned into a monthly bill of £16.95 per month without my knowledge. The name of the beneficiary which the money gets transferred to also got changed without any notification which makes it hard to see that it is the same company taking the funds. Once i had discovered that money has been taken from my account since January without my knowledge I called the support number and asked to be contacted by a manager but this did obviously not happen. This seems to be a common problem. I have asked for a full refund barring the initial £2.95 which we thought was for a 14-day trial.

CV template worked well BUT THEN ADVISED money would be deducted every month until cancelled. cancellation link doesnt work and phone call link goes nowhere.

False advertising on what you re getting and how much.
I should have read the reviews before taking up what I firmly believed to be a one off payment. It is very clear that the offers for a short one off payment to get one CV is not as it appears "as stated in Many other reviews I signed up thinking it was a one off payment and have just realised that they have been taking £16.95 a month for the past year. They also change the billing name every couple of months so it's even harder to notice on bank statements."

Over billing and the customer service person lies
canceled over phone, received credit card bill next month with charge on again. Called Mike at myperfectcv, he said our account was not in their system. Finally got logged into their webpage and cancelled the account. we will never use this company again, very disapointed!!!

When I try to access myperfectcv.co.uk access is invariably denied. I have wanted to cancel subscription for months and I can't! What are other ways of approaching these people? I want IMMEDIATE cancellation of my subscription.
